Today’s a big day for T-Mobile, as it’s kicking off a Galaxy S6 and S6 edge promotion and launching a couple of new phones on its prepaid brands.
First up, T-Mobile is offering a deal this weekend that’ll get Galaxy S6 and S6 edge buyers double the storage on their devices. The 64GB versions of both the GS6 and GS6 edge will cost the same as the 32GB. Here’s how that pricing breaks down before and during this promo:
T-Mobile also notes that if you’d prefer the 32GB version of either phone, you can buy that and get a $50 Visa prepaid gift card. Either way, this sounds like a pretty nice deal for T-Mo customers, especially since neither the GS6 nor the GS6 edge offer a microSD card slot for adding more storage. The promo will run from May 23 through May 25.
Second, T-Mobile is now selling the LG G Stylo and LG Leon LTE. The Stylo costs $0 down and 24 payments of $12.08, or $289.92 full retail. The Leon LTE, meanwhile, is $0 down and 24 payments of $6.24, or $149.76 full retail.
On the prepaid front, T-Mobile Prepaid is offering the LG Leon LTE for free after online rebate. MetroPCS customers will be able to get the Leon LTE starting May 22 for $49, or the LG G Stylo starting June 1 for $199.
Finally, MetroPCS is kicking off a couple of promos today. The first deal offers a free phone or $50 off the price of a more expensive device for switching to Metro from Virgin, Boost, or another competitor. Metro is also relaunching its 4x100 promotion that offers four lines of unlimited talk, text, and 2GB of 4G LTE data for $100 per month.
