The model number LG VS930 for Verizon has popped up a couple of times in the past, but today some images of the phone itself have finally made their way online. Obtained by the folks at Engadget, the VS930 bears a resemblance to the LG Optimus LTE II, which lines up with previous reports that the VS930 is indeed Verizon's version of that device. The source of these shots also shared a few of the VS930's specs, claiming that it features a 4.7-inch 1280x720 True HD IPS display, 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 16GB storage, NFC, global roaming support and Android 4.0.4. It's also said that the VS930 packs 1GB RAM and an 8-megapixel shooter on its backside.

But wait, there's more! Along with the photos and spec information, a service manual (PDF) for the VS930 has purportedly leaked out along with a possible LG Powerpoint slide. The latter of the two lists the VS930 with "shipping data" of July 13. Whether or not the device actually launches on that date remains to be seen, but it'd definitely be a bit of a surprise if it did arrive that soon. With the appearance of these "in the wild" shots and the LG Spectrum reportedly hitting end-of-life status recently, though, it looks like the VS930 is inching closer to store shelves. Now if only we had an idea of how much the thing might cost. Stay tuned for more, Verizon folk.
