Regardless of whether you're an Android fan or simply looking for a new high-end smartphone, this summer is going to be better than ever when it comes to choices. Announced last week in London, the Samsung Galaxy S III is an impressive successor to the previous series, with a quad-core 1.4 GHz Exynos CPU, 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 8-megapixel camera with several nifty features, a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera with 720p HD video recording, a large 2,100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 with the new TouchWiz. Europeans won't be the only ones having the fun; the Galaxy S III will be coming to the States with a dual-core processor and 4G LTE connectivity this summer.
Love or hate the design, it's going to be a solid contender against the HTC One X, and by the time the summer rolls around, competing devices from Motorola and LG. Take a look at some of the pictures from my meetings in London, and let me know what you think! Best Android device ever, or boring in comparison to other devices on the way?
