A few weeks ago we got our hands on a leaked screenshot of an internal T-Mobile calendar with various happenings including the upcoming launch of a 3,000-minute family plan. Today, our good friends over at TmoNews have caught wind from one of their sources that the new plan is scheduled to launch on July 7th for $100. According to the source, you can add up to three additional lines for $10 a pop (hey, what happened to the $5 deal?), and there's not a whole lot of information other than that. TmoNews raises a pretty good point when asking what the point of a 3,000-minute plan for $100 is when T-Mobile already has an unlimited plan for that very same price. Will the plan come with additional features? Will there be data or texting involved? At this point it's anybody's guess, but as soon as we get more info, we'll be sure to send it your way. Anyone interested in a 3,000 minute family plan for $100 when you can get unlimited minutes for $0 more? No? I didn't think so. Carry on.
