Samsung recently announced two new tablets on their new Samsung Galaxy Tab S line, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4. Both models feature the thinnest tablet design Samsung has ever, with a profile measuring in at just 6.6mm. They're also the lightest tablet you can find.
Inside each Galaxy Tab S is an octa-core processor with one 1.9 GHz quad-core chip paired with a 1.3GHz quad-core chip. Couple that with 3GB of RAM and you have a pretty serious performer.
The display is where these tablets really excel. Not only do they have a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600, but they use Samsung's Super AMOLED display, the same one found on the Galaxy S and Note smartphones. This results in a much more vibrant, though perhaps over-saturated, display.
