The good: Full qwerty keyboard, mobile t.v., wap internet browser, great MP3 player, picture and video messaging, great personalizing feature.
The bad: Battery life isn't as long as I would like it to be.
Summary: The Samsung Eternity is the best phone I have ever had. My mom and I switched from T-mobile to AT&T because I wanted this phone so bad. I have been researching this phone for months and when I got it I seriously stayed up to 1 in the morning playing with it.This phone is so sleek, sleek, sleek so sleek. In my opinion my phone is way better than the iPhone. My mother got the Vu and she likes it as well.I love this phone and hopefully it will last me a lifetime.
The good: emergency phone that works like a debit card
simple
up-front payment
customer service plus website work well together
The bad: none
Summary: I have had Tracfone service for the last three years as a prepaid with no hidden charges emergency phone and have been very happy with it. I just upgraded to a flip-phone style with better sound and needed some customer service assistance in transferring my minutes and dates to the new phone. Yes, the person I spoke with had an accent but she was very good and I'm now up and running with the new phone.

As others have said in the comments list - you need to know what you want a cellphone for. I've had health issues and need a phone just to be able to call for help if needed. Tracfone is perfect for this purpose.
The good: out of this world design
loud and clear speakers
excellent resolution
8gb memory card in the box

The bad: there are no cons!!!
Summary: It is the best phone I ever got.
It has everything ,wi-fi,gps,google maps,8gb memory, flawless design, and to top all that it comes with accecories like a case and extra stylus and a guitar pick stylus. I didnt think this phone would be this good but here it is. It has a very good price and it IS better than the iphone times infinite squared. I seriously recommend it for everyone.
The good: EASILY CREATE YOUR OWN A/V MESSEGES. GREAT SOUND ON CALLS & ON MUSIC. SPEAKERS ARE LOUD & EASY TO HEAR EVEN AT LOWEST VOLUME. GREAT LOOKING
The bad: ULTRA SMALL FRONT SCREEN,SOMETIMES THE PHONE CANT KEEP UP W/THE USER A.K.A.ME & OR MY NEPHEW.
Summary: WE GOT 3 OF THESE PHONES ON OUR PLAN & WE LOVE THIS PHONE.YOU CAN EASILY CREATE & SEND YOUR OWN CUSTOM A/V MESSEGES. THIS PHONE HAS A VOICE RECORDER,MP3 PLAYER,TAKE PICS&RECORD VIDEO. EVERYTIME I TURN AROUND IT SEEMS LIKE 1 OF THE 3 OF US HAS DISCOVERED SOMETHING ELSE COOL THAT THIS PHONE WILL DO & THATS AFTER ALMOST A YEAR LATER NOW. THIS PHONE IS A SOLID PERFORMER FOR EVERYTHING I WANT TO DO & SO MUCH MORE
The good: - they have endless anount of APPs that you can put on it
- it is more then a phone
The bad: -they run out of batter quick depending on how much stuff you have on it.
-
Summary: Every so often something comes along that revolutionizes the way we do things, a smart product that?s so intelligent, it?s scary. The iphone is such a product. When it was launched, it immediately change our view of what a smart phone was supposed to be.
When my mom first got the iPhone, she couldn?t keep her hands off of it. She thought it was the most wonderful thing in the world. It has everything that she could imagine Wifi, ipod, video, phone and much more.
Then one day she had to charge it and it wouldn?t charge, she was so mad. She had had other things happen;like it wouldn?t come on, but she just when to my big sister Brittaney and asked for help. She always new what to do, and she always got it to work again, but this time it didn?t.
She thought it was the biggest thing that she could rely on in a time of need. So when this happened, she had to call the tech support to see if it was anything that she did(she isn?t really a technical person). There wasn?t anything that they could find, but they where really helpful going though everything that they could possibly be wrong. Once she was done, she then called the cell phone company and they arranged for her to get a new iPhone. She was very happy after that, until she got it. She had spent every waking hour on the computer putting everything on it that she needed and wanted. Then when she had to get the new one she had to put everything that she had on the other one back on her new one, that process right there took her another 2 days of being on the computer forever.
Now that she has a new one everything has been going pretty well. Nothing has happened and she is happy.
The good: every thing
The bad: the keys on the phone can leave marks and scratches on the screen
Summary: I would recommend this phone who is looking in to it. The hinge works great and the phone has been on the market for 3 years and has been improved 3 times with every color. The overall phone scratches easy and most visible on black.
The good: great txt messaging, good internet browser, responsive, easy to use
The bad: hardly any games (apps), camera is disappointing.
Summary: i love this phone it really is what mostpeople look for in a phone. I love all the multi-media it supports. ITS A HOMERUN!
The good: You don't have to worry about minutes.
The bad: No Blackberries.
Summary: We used to use AT&T GoPhones, but my use for business meant I was refilling substantially more than once a year. When I figured out I was paying AT&T more than $400 per year, getting unlimited service for $200 more didn't seem too bad.

We have a second GoPhone which is used substantially less and gets buy costing $100 per year. When that one needs to be renewed, we will get rid of it and add a second Metro-PCS line which will only cost another $20 more than the yearly cost of that GoPhone.

Since we don't travel much, the more limited coverage area is not an issue. Service in Los Angeles is quite good.

I have only needed customer service once, when I activated the phone. I had the distinct impression he was reading from a prepared text.

I got the Samsung SCHr450 phone, which, at $179 isn't cheap, works very well for voice, text, email, IM and browsing. Having a slide out QWERTY keyboard is very handy.
Love this phone !
Very good and so so pretty, what i like most is the QWERTY keyboard and it is very easy to work. It has a touch screen dialing and really good picture quilaty! I would deffinitly recomend this phone!:)

The two con's of the phone > this is the only two con's i have stumbled upon < Is sometimes when opening the keyboard the screen swith is slow and it has really ugly wallpapers otherwise its a very very good phone!
The good: large phone selection and plans to fit your style. Better plans then all the other company's
The bad: There a bit pricy
Summary: I've been with At&t - cingular for 4 years now. I have never had a problem - never dropped a call I have free roaming free long distance which is great for my family inutah west virginia etc. I even get roll over minutes. Every time I called customer service they have always helped me and even have a 24/7 late niht number there always on call - this is the best plan / company I have ever had I plan to stay with them. The only thing I dont like is there plans arnt cheap but you get great service
The good: everytihng is great
The bad: battery sucks
Summary: if u are thinking about getting this phone i would try it out and u will enjoy it
The good: Lots of features, wifi, bluetooth, Windows Mobile 6.1 (If you like) Good interface layout
The bad: Resistive Touch Screen is slow and takes far more effort to push. Latency in touch access, stylus dangles on string and you really need it to access the phone
Summary: After a week I decided it usable but I would kick myself for the next two years if I kept it. The touch screen latency and extra effort to access made it very cumbersome to use. The picture was very detailed and clear but touch was lousy. You end up deliberately stabbing out each key stroke and waiting a moment to make sure it took each time. Fast typing was a pain in either portrait or landscape mode. The tilt sensor would tend to favor landscape which got a bit frustrating if you let your hand droop while typing with the stylus. The stylus attaches on the phone by a string. You will need it too because the details and QWERTY keyboard are far too tiny to use by a regular sized finger with any accuracy. The QWERTY keyboard in landscape ate up 90% of the screen. Maybe it will not bother everyone but my 3 year old Dell Axim was far more easy and responsive.
Wifi was very good. Camera was decent but had some color issues and dim lighting would have been a real problem. It does have a 3.5mm headphone jack which was a plus. It had a FM radio built in but the reception was poor. The volume on the headphones was not loud enough for public transportation use. Max was mid-vol when you compare it to an ipod. I would not recommend that anyone get this phone.
The good: keybored, camra. verizons great service.
The bad: no side buttons on the ouside, bogus quality, and really every thing else.
Summary: well, first my 7,8,9 and send buttons stopped work then my speakers blew and when someone calls if its open it sounds like 209858235 achually more like bhhhh. its terrible. my first one went black on the inside and white outside, and now this. im getting the versa. NOT recremended.
The good: Full Keyboard
Great Text Messaging
2.0 Megapixel Camera
Video Camera
E-mail that uses YOUR accounts
AIM, MSN, & Yahoo Instant Messaging
Downloads
The bad: Hard to dial a simple number
Voice sound not that great.
Kinda heavy.
Deinitely not for people with huge fingers.
Summary: Voice calls - The sound on this phone isn't great. Usually I just switch to speakerphone and that solves my problem but I have missed a few details in a conversation once or twice and I do ask people to speak up. But I don't talk on the phone that much so it isn't a big deal to me at all. Dialing a number isn't easy. Either you have to flip it open and use the keyboard (which the number and letters are arranged exactly like a computer keyboard) or use the ball to navigate around a number pad provided on the screen (which takes some definite getting used to). Getting to recent and missed calls are pretty accessible. Also the phone book is easily accessed.

Text/Picture Messaging - This feature is excellent on this phone. You can send and receive text and picture messages easily. The keyboard lights up so the dark isn't a problem. Whenever you receive a message you have a button at the bottom to "call back" and I like that because if it's important and I would rather speak to them then looking through my phone book isn't something I need to do. All in all it seems like basic texting because after all how fancy can you get with sending a text message? But I really like the keyboard so I really like the texting.

E-mail - I honestly didn't think I would use this feature but I came to find I really do love it. With this phone you are able to add your own E-mail account that you use everyday whether it be AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Comcast, BellSouth, Earthlink, etc. and I really like that. Also a Tmail (T-Mobile's own e-mail service) comes installed on the phone. The only problem is addresses. There isn't an e-mail address book. Although you can add people's e-mail address into the phone book and then use that to keep track, I would prefer keeping e-mail addresses and phone number seperate. But hey, nothing is perfect.

Web - THe browser on this phone isn't all that amazing. You can type any URL into it but it loads with the whole page as if on a computer so unless you zoom in and navigate around using the ball you can't really do much. You can't stream music or watch videos which is a downer. But I mainly use mine to check facebook, myspace, and craigslist and they're perfectly accessible on this phone. THey have lots of bookmarks installed that range from facebook, to A-Z lyrics, E! Online, google, Mapquest, MSNBC Mobile, Yahoo! Mobile Weather, DHL: Track details, Ebay, ESPN Mobile, and lots more which I thought was pretty cool. And most of those are produced into "mobile" web pages which make it easier to view and navigate around on a mobile phone. So the browser is cool, but not something I would go out and by the phone for.

Music player - You can add music or videos too it and the phone comes with a memory card so you can hold lots and lots of media. It's a little tricky to figure out what button does what on the music player but it has good sound and I love that I can plug the audio cable from my car into it.
The good: Reliable, IN-network calling/messaging, straightforward plans, excellent customer service, good phone selection
The bad: can get pricey if you exceed plan limitations
Summary: Verizon Wireless is the only mobile carrier that I have ever used. Recently, when my last contract lapsed, I considered other options, including Sprint, AT&T, and prepaid plans such as Virgin Mobile or Tracfone. However, I decided to stick with a good thing. I have heard horror stories about some of the other carriers and did not want to take any chances on them. Also, there are often complaints about the high cost of Verizon Wireless service as compared to alternative plans. In truth, those costs are generally only realized when one exceeds their plan limits. If you exceed your anytime minutes or text message limits, then that can add up quickly. Make sure you choose the type of plan that best suits your needs. If you are a talker or texter, it will be cheaper to pay a little more for more minutes and texts per month than to pay for them per use. In the long run, the price of the plans are not exactly any pricier than the other carriers when you control for similar features. If you want unlimited minutes and texting, you will pay a lot for that no matter which carrier you choose. Also, if you are looking to save money, consider making changes to other services to reduce costs. In fact, Verizon offers cable, home phone, and Internet services for far cheaper than many competitors. Swapping out some of your current services for Verizon utilities could save you in the long run, too.

I have never had a problem with Verizon. Any questions or concerns have been courteously addressed by customer service representatives, and I don't even need two fingers to count how many problems I have had to work out (in over 8 years). Once in a long while, I will get a dropped call, but sometimes it is not even my phone. Often, it is the phone of the person I am talking to whose phone cuts out and hence gets me disconnected. I don't get great service on the subway but that's to be expected.

Verizon also offers discounts on monthly plans for many employees, so check with your employer to see if you get an employee discount.

Verizon is a large company and yet it retains a personal touch. There are many branches available to your local area, so it is quite easy to just pop into a Verizon store with any question. Their website and phone support is great, too. Multiple cell phone carriers will likely go the way of the dinosaur and eventually there may be only one wireless provider left standing, and it would be a good bet that Verizon would be that provider.

The good: Light-weight, big screen, thin, durable, fits in pocket great, QWERTY keyboard, battery life, easy to use but still has a lot of great features, takes videos, great camera
The bad: nothing really
Summary: This is a GREAT phone. The best one I hav ever owned thus far. It is so thin and light-weight which is great cause you don't want to lug around a huge phone and it fits in the pocket great. The camera is excellent and I would STRONGLY reccomend this phone to anyone. I love its QWERTY keyboard. For those who really care about ringtones, I loved them. Great voice quality and its exremely stylish.
The good: Looking 2 months at all other prepaid sevice plans NET10 is the cheapest we have 3 phones and are paying only 48 a month cant beat that on a contract plan. Customer service, though hard to understand, was always helpful and fixed any problems we had.
The bad: LG Phones aren't reliable, 2 of the 3 phones are LG a LG600G which is a crap phone no bluetooth headset is detectable, ringers suck, voice recording ringtones is impossible to hear, Service on the LG600G cuts off constantly within range (4-5 bars at ALL times) and says emergency calls only DOES NOT work in houses or in stores we have to walk in the middle of the street and up the block for the person to hear us the other LG (LG CG225) is not that bad only downfall with LGs is the low memory only
Summary: I use the Motorola w375 i am vary happy with its FM Radio (thought using it makes the battery drain like crazy) only downfall is the shit battery life only use it about 5-10 minutes a day and have the charge it every other day (when people claim they go WEEKS with it and not having to charge it BULL even NOT using the phone everyday and it just in standby (closed but powered on) still leads to charging it every other day) and having to charge it everyday if i listen to the radio for 15 minutes. Point is with Net10 STAY AWAY from the LG600G its not a good phone you will be lucky when it actually DOES work dont think cuz u have bars u got service NOT TRUE with the LG600G! The LG and Samsung phones are no good Motorola is reliable mines got wet (water spilled on it and in it and was STILL on and WORKING with it being drenched) and it has slipped out of my hands at least a dozen times and hit the icy concrete, fallen in snow, slamed on hard floors and still works flawlessly if I had an LG itd be trashed and nonworking or unusable by now
The good: Qwerty Keyboard, better upgrade, responsive, and web browsing is great too.
The bad: The only cons i hav with this phone is that the battery life is short and that you can type with full keyboard with the touch screen when you're sending text or picture message but you can do it when your web browsing and other things that require you to type.
Summary: Overall this is a great phone and the only thing I would change about it is it's battery life and change it so that you can text with the full qwerty keyboard on the touchscreen. This is one great phone and i even wrote the review with this phone too.
The good: signal,mp3,sweet camera, touch screen and the adjuster,JUST EVERYTHING
The bad: battery life, i charged it all night and it died with in 6 hours and i barely used it
Summary: All in all great phone. Ntelos has really improved thier signal quality 2. Now looks can be decieving when it comesto the signal bar, my phone shows no bar @ times and i can still hear people crystal clear. The mp3 is amazing and so is the 2mp camera, it nver captures blury pictures. JUST ROCKS!!!!!!!!! The only thing that sucks is the battery life, I called Ntelos and they said they were gonna replace it with no charge
The good: the buttons are small but not to small, the screen resolution is good, 3.5mm headphone jack, 2mp camera, light, the shell that you can make on the website, at home, or that are pre-made are actually really durable, the actual phone can take a few drops(dont know from personal experience but i see my friend drop hers a lot) you don't have to take out the battery to take out the micro sd card from it, of course back light board. customizable volumes. and lastly the track ball lights up when in sle
The bad: have to take off the case to actually get to the micro sd card.
no flash

Summary: overall this phone is amazing! i got it for christmas and its still working like new. i already made two shells and they are high quality. if you put a picture its pretty cool.
