The good: I have eight phones on their business plan. They always work with me on trying to fix damaged phones. Sprint also has given me plenty of free phones and good deals on all of the existing numbers.
The bad: Their customer service can be a pain at times. On one occasion they locked my account and would only allow my daughter to see it online (She cancelled her phone and I put it on my business account). That took about two days to work out and was quite a hassel. Their store can also be extremly busy and take hours of your time. Other than that, they have done fairly well compared to the other cell phone companies I have used.
Summary: All in all, I would recommend Sprint for a small business. They have treated me well in my years with them.
The good: Looks great! I can locate it easily in my briefcase.
The bad: some dropped calls
Summary: I have had this phone for a while. I really need a new phone but this fits my needs. I use it for work but I do drop calls in the middle of the converstation. I know for a fact that it is not the phone, its the cell towers.
The good: Its a picture phone and really neat looking
The bad: I'd like it to be slimmer
Summary: No accessories which I would really like to add to my phone
The good: lightweight, easy to change face plate & battery,
The bad: wish it were a flip phone, or a little smaller
Summary: We really do like this phone and we are able to grab it & go and it is easy to use. The numbers and keys are easy to see & use too!
The good: Low volume
The bad: Nice looking, small, easy to use, has camera.
Summary: This is a neat phone, not too much, not too little. Sytlish and sturdy. I have one and my teenage son has one as well. We are both pleased.
The good: lasted for 2 years no
The bad: buttons are worn down
Summary: I like my phone it is a little old though. I think a new one is in order. The antenna is broken. It is pretty solid though and I do like it. It serves its purpose.
The good: very simple and can take pictures
The bad: can't download more then 3 ringtones on it (this is what I've heard)
Summary: very good phone for a first timer who wants a camera phone and not a lot of gadgets in it. I havn't had any probles since I've had it.
The good: ease of use, numbers are easy to see
The bad: could use a better antenna system
Summary: The Nokia 6010 series phone is a good quality phone overall, features are eays to use. The keypad is easily readable and sprerad out over the keypad so as not to interfere with each other, could use a better antenna, but otherwise great
The good: This is a great phone... good options and easy to set up
The bad: It is a basic phone. It is set up for text messaging but can not accept emails and/or photos
Summary: I think it is a good phone for the money. It tends to be very inexpensive due to the fact that it does not have many extras. I love the text messaging options and it has a great converter tool under options.
The good: vibrant color screen, 2 way paging , compact flip, comfortable alpha.nemeric layout
The bad: Limited talk time, limited memory, ac adapter jack problems
Summary: For Sprint this is one of the top choices in cellular phone selection. It offers the added flexibility of 2 way paging. The screen offers vibrant color and it is comfortable and not cumbersome to hold.
The phone does have limitations in that memory and talk time is limited. With the prior model, I experienced a charging problem with the ac jack and had to return it. I was told that some times, this phone can experience this problem. If it does, then exchange it right away to avoid aggravation.
The good: Its small in size, great battery life, sturdy, voice recognition technology, large phone number capacity, easy to operate, great menu display.
The bad: Not a color display, charger cord isn't a 2.5mm type plug but rather a flat plug, no digital camera.
Summary: Basically I really like the phone granted its a couple of years old and all the newer models have surpassed some of its features, but in my case I really just use it for emergencies. But given the choice I would buy another Audiovox but with more features the next time.
The good: I love the sleekness of the phone, it takes up almost no space in my purse. It is very easy to read and the buttons are big enough.
The bad: The camera button is on the left side of the phone. If you hold it too long it activates the camera and you are taking pictures of your feet or whatever.
Summary: Over all I really like this phone, It has many features, The sound quality is good the camera takes excellent pictures and you can even make a short video. I will keep this phone for a while.
The good: small easy to use
The bad: ring tone dosent go loud enogh
Summary: very good quality phone for the money, and very simple to use. much clearer than my last 2 phones which were both motorolla's. im glad i switched brands.
The good: it works excellent
The bad: camera part doesnt come in good
Summary: this phone is great! i absolutely love it!
motorola is the best phone that i have ever owned!
the only downside to having this camera phone is that the camera doesnt take very good pictures. but the phone is easy to use and it is small enough to fit anywhere!
The good: email, chat, games, maps, address book, search options
The bad: size, ending call is a little long. battery needs a reset every once in a while.
Summary: Very smart piece with very intelligent features.
extremely user friendly, local maps search features, smart email features, very easy to use, ITS ALL YOU NEED...i just hope it had a tiny printer inbuilt into it at the size of a small sticky pad..
The good: Compact, easy to use
The bad: None
Summary: This is a great little phone, I love using the camera. It is so easy to access all the features. I recently switched to this phone and it has been so easy to access my phone list and different ring tones. I'm very pleased with this little phone and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a compact, easy to use camera phone.
The good: don't lose calls, gets service in hard to get places
The bad: none so far
Summary: I've had the service for about 18 months and have not had any problems. i get calls when my coworkers can't and never get a call dropped. i would recommend the service
The good: Video, pictures, and Music! Extra Memory!
The bad: Nothing! Really, I believe this phone is the BEST so far!
Summary: I highly recommend this L7 Motorola SLVR.
It plays music, cool ringtones, wallpaper, screensaver, and videos, and has great picture quality.
The good: Took good pictures and easy to use.
The bad: Camera quit working for no reason. Ringer is not loud enough. Not good signal.
Summary: I liked the phone at first. Then the camera quit, then the ringer, and could never get a signal indoors. I would not reccomend this phone. I will choose a different phone when my contract expires.
The good: Great photos, good signal
The bad: The screen gets a brownish tinge to it if you talk to long - like where you hold your finger on the phone. I'm not sure if it's a heat thing or what, but I had my last phone replaced because of that. Now this one is doing the same thing.
Summary: Would probably buy again just because I'm familiar with Nokia.
