The good: it has a wonderful full color screen, easy to use light keypads, and easy menu instuctions.
The bad: the cons of this mobile device,is that it lacks cool games, ringtones, and the web browsing crashes.minutes on this phone also go fast and the gray color of the phone is just plain dull.
Summary: overall its na alright cheap phone, with basic features, not as cool as some of the other nokia products that are out today. it's something young teenagers or your grandparents would love, not with the hip young adult fasion crowd of today.
The good: Love it. I have internet access (IM). I can play games on it. Add all my contacts. I never need to look in my address book again. lol
It fits perfectly in my hand and easy to carry.
The bad: Needs improvement on the ear piece. With the carrier strap on there, you can hardly hear the person talking.
Summary: I love the phone. Glad I had the opportunity from FEMA to get it.
The good: Service is good - CS Reps are nice. No billing problems. Price is nice.
The bad: Phone does cut out especially at the bottom of hills.
Summary: Price is the best with good help line and no problems so far.
The good: Great customer service, good coverage in populated areas, great deals
The bad: Poor coverage
Summary: Everything about sprint is great except for the coverage area. Fortunately, I have roaming included in my service plan, so I usually roam when I'm not in a densely populated area.
The good: video camera, pictures, speaker phone, easy to use with or without hands.
The bad: little different setup, must get used to.
Summary: All said once you get used to the new setup its a great phone, invaluable when you forget the camera.
The good: Its easy to use, and retrieve messages, and its durable, I've dropped it a few times.
The bad: I forget to turn on the ringer, it's scratched up from use (dropping it)
Summary: It's a great phone, especially for kids, its durable and easy to use
The good: slim
The bad: a lot of oil on the screen from use
Summary: I had my phone for 3 weeks when the power button stopped working. I took it back to my provider and they said this was a common problem.
The good: Very good signal.
Good-looking.
Cheap phone
The bad: Very Weak making.
Not enough Features
Summary: This is my second phone and by far this phones are way better than samsung.Very Good signal but it gets stuck when you go from a tunnel to signalled area. I have to wake up the phone by turning it off and on. But it happeds rarely.Overall good phone if get it for free
The good: Cool color, thin and not bulky.
The bad: poor reception, fading color on screen, some buttons quit working, short battery life, poor voice quality
Summary: I was so excited when I got my RAZR! Finally a phone that reflects my personality! Well, my excitement was short-lived...
The very first thing I noticed was that my new phone often got poor reception while I was driving or even standing in certain areas of my house. This was a problem with this phone only and not my old phone (a Nokia 6010). I did not change carriers when I switched phones so I can't blame my carrier for this.
Another thing was that people often asked me if they were on speaker phone. When I asked them why they would report that I sounded far away or like I was talking into a tin can.
The next thing that happened about 2 weeks after a got the RAZR was that I noticed the colors on the screen beginning to fade. Adjusting the color in the settings did nothing to help. I did not play alot of games or do anything that might make the screen burn out. It just gradually began to do it on its own.
After 2 months, my #5 and #4 buttons began to only function half the time.
And last but not least, the battery did a poor job holding a charge and eventually just died after only 3 months. I used to be able to only have to recharge my old phone everyother day. I don't do an excessive amount of talking, so battery life shouldn't have been a problem. With this phone, I had to charge every night, because if I didn't, I was down to zero bars by 8pm. I called my carrier to complain about this (and the other issues) and they sent me a new battery free of charge. Same problem again, except this time the battery actually died and would not recharge at all.
And for all those wondering and what every cell phone provider will ask... No. I did not drop it, abuse it in any way, or get it wet. My carrier sent me a replacement phone eventually, but I continued to have the same problems so I sent the phone back and got a totally different phone that I am now quite happy with!

I definitely would not recommend this phone. It's a cool looking phone but the joy stops there!
The good: It is small and has a lot of great freatures great roaming
The bad: hard to find the accessories
Summary: This is a great phone I had it from nextel and loved it... I also have a great range and I could use it everywhere I went... I hardly had roaming at any time.... It is a good phone to have and stays charged for a good amount of time
The good: excellent prices
The bad: occasional dropped calls
Summary: I have been tempted to switch from T-Mobile (which I have had for over 3 years), but I can never get myself to - because they have the best prices. I have some of my calls dropped which is annoying, but I think I'm willing to deal with that to not have to pay crazy dollars for another company.
The good: Extrememly durable, good quality, small, easy to handle and use.
The bad: no bluetooth, speakerphone, or mp3 player.
Summary: I have had this phone for 2 years now and it has worked great. I have even dropped it a few times on hard floors and cement and it still works fine. I wouldn't even replace it if it wasn't for the fact that I want a bluetooth technology and an mp3 player in the phone.
The good: love this phone , everything on it is a plus
The bad: have no cons !!
Summary: I love this small phone as I had another phone that was larger and this one is just perfect for me ...this is my second yr. on this phone and its just like the day I bought it ...
The good: I love everything about it!
The bad: There are none.
Summary: If I had to buy another phone today and could pick any one in the world I would buy this one again. I truly love it!
The good: Nice size, good sound quality, "Build Strong, Last Long"
The bad: It can't withstand washing machines.
Summary: This little phone here has been through hell and high water, but still keeps on working. Its been dropped numerous times, and though it does have some faceplate damage, and one scratch on the screen, its still a great phone. The sound quality is amazing, and the features are endless
The good: easy to use
The bad: no outside call viewer
Summary: All in all it is a very good phone. This is my second samsung.
The good: good selection of phones, good rate plans, free incoming is great
The bad: system tends to drop calls
Summary: I really like NEXTEL. The good points far outweigh the bad.
The good: when I'm away from home I can call to check on my disabled husband
The bad: can't get a signal at the house. have to go 5 miles up the highway to get one

Summary: I wish the service could have service at my house, it would allow us to save on our long distance service
The good: i love it!! we have about 5 phones on it, and the value is great!! easy to keep track of
The bad: none
Summary: This plan has made it easier for our large family to keep in touch, since we live in a rural area
The good: good reception
speakphone, camera recognition
The bad: a little heavy compared to others
Summary: Overall this is a great phone and has not let me down. It is pretty durable too since it has fallen on to cement from about 4 feet and worked fine after nothing broke at all.
