This is by far the best phone (phablet?) I've ever owner. Battery life is pretty amazing when you consider the amount of horsepower behind the glass. I've had this phone since launch and haven't had any issues whatsoever. The screen is absolutely brilliant with deep, rich colors and brightness that makes it useable in just about any lighting scenario. Call quality is incredibly clear although the speaker for speakerphone isn't on par with the rest of the phone. Apps open and close in an instant. Using my 4G/LTE service I pull a solid 30Mbps downstream without a hiccup. The next Galaxy Note is going to have to be something spectacular to make me want to upgrade from this phone.
3 months of using still dont find anythuind wrond or bad with this beatiful device.

Tracfone has a great phone service until you have to deal with customer service. I once tried to buy a year worth of minutes I got 60 days no refund. Drop my phone in the water tried to keep the same number poor service , tried to add minutes to the new phone the put the minutes on the dead phone again no help from customer service. Now I have to get a new sims card, guees what they sent the wrong sims card now we will try again to see if they can get it right I hope I get the right sims card this time. Good luck

I've updated to the beta 10.3 which is close to the finished OS and it's amazing. Best of all is being able to see and use nearly everything on my home pc's and the external hard drives without having to use an app or uploading to the web first. Blackberry Link on my other machines allows everything to happen and as far as I can see it's secure even though I'm not using BES. It may be using my own pc's as servers..
The display is just beautiful but not the best the color reproduction is accurate , and the processor is just blazing and really really fast , the battery is just a small disappointment its just not the best and the camera performance is one of the best in low light but the photos are just not crisp enough when zoomed in
Great screen, camera, features, and form factor. The one thing that holds this back is the battery. It has great idle time but can't hold vs the s4 or m7 in screen on time for reason of the older processor.
I bought my S5 in April. Constant reception problems. I finally accepted a REBURBISHED S5. They spent 3 hours trying to activate it. It was dead. Second REBURBISHED notification light out. Piece of junk. Called Verizon so many times now working with Corporate who will probably want me to take another REBURBISHED. I SPENT $200 for this piece of junk and now I am stuck with REBURBISHED phones. Anybody want to start a class action against Verizon and ATT for making us use a REFURBISHED PHONE?

You won?t feel entirely ridiculous putting it to your ear, and holding it in one hand is not too much of a struggle. Samsung has actually managed to make the Galaxy Note 3 narrower than the Galaxy Note 2, even though the new phone has a larger 5.7-inch display.
