display is very gud, battery life is not good, apps and media is really very gud
Its really BIG Phone. Almost like a tablet, with a 6 inch view. Flawless speed. Supports SD Card. Great HTC BoomSound as I dont prefer headphones for listening music. With 3000 mA battery and Extreme power saving Mode the phone easily last for two days on moderate use. Only trouble sometime is that it dosent fits comfortably in some of my Pants having small pocket and then I have to remove it and keep in on the table when I have to sit on a chair. Rest everything is Great!
The AMOLED screens will always be scrutinized but the sheer beauty can not be ignored. That combined with the exceptional user interface and arguably best camera makes this the phone to beat.
the best htc phone yet and hope that i will own it in the coming days
Ive been with them for more than 5 years. they don't even offer any thank you discount for being a good customer. their not very helpful. I had to call several times to order one phone. I just recently registered for the rewards program. It is a BIG FAT JOKE. IVE NEVER SEEN A REWARDS PROGRAM SO CHEAP AND RIDICULOUS AS THEIRS. THEY DON'T LET YOU USE ALL OF YOUR POINTS, THEY CHOOSE HOW MANY POINTS YOU CAN USE. THAT IS NOT A POINT SYSTEM THAT IS A RIP OFF SYSTEM. I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO CHOOSE NOT YOU. JUST WAITING FOR MY CONTRACT TO EXPIRE THEN I'M SWITCHING TO METRO PCS IF I CAN GET A PHONE ON SALE.
battery life and camera zoom isn't enough. other than that best phone i have used.
I live in Las Vegas, NV and have had no problems with my MetroPCS service which includes 4G LTE. I have found no coverage Gaps traveling to Los Angeles, CA, Palm Springs, CA or Saint George, UT I am able to make a call the entire drive and I get 4G LTE speeds while I am in those metropolitan areas as well. While traveling on the interstates or secondary roads I can make calls but only can get 1x internet service which is very slow. I very rarely drop a call. Metro has great phone prices as well with the exception of Samsung phones which are very expensive. I purchased an LG phone for $148.00 after a $50 instant rebate and a $50 mail in rebate 2 years ago. Recently though I was informed MetroPCS was changing from using it's own towers to using T-Moble's towers and my phone would no longer work but they would give me a new LG phone free of charge with the exception of the sales tax. I went to the MetroPSC store and was given a newer better phone all I had to do is pay 9.08 in sales tax the phone is worth $200.00 at the time they were offering a $50 in store rebate and $50 mail in rebate which would have brought the cost of the phone to $100. I was so happy I purchased another LG phone for my partner. A Slightly different model with 4G but no 4G LTE. This one was on sale $100 in store discount and $50 mail in rebate the phone was priced $150 and I am still waiting on the mail in rebate of $50 which can take 8 weeks but after all rebates the phone is completely free with the exception of sales tax, you can't beat a deal like that. Plus there is no contract or long term commitments. My only complaint with the company is that is you place the account on auto pay they take the money out a week early, the rep at the store told me they would take the money out a day before the due date, the rep either was mistaken or lied to me. This caused my checking account to be overdrawn and when I complained they stated you need to read the contract and yes the contract did say that but I shouldn't have been told the wrong information by not one but two representatives at the company. Since I am on a fixed income and get paid monthly I now pay my bill manually each month. I do like having the same due date each month, most prepaid carriers you have to pay every 30 days which makes the due date change each month. I used to go a few days without service in order to reset my due date which MetroPCS I don't have to. I have had to use tech support and only 3 occasions and each time the rep was polite and my problem solved. I highly recommend this company over all others.
AWESOME UNIBODY CONSTRUCTION,HILARIOUS BOOMSOUND SPEAKER ,INTELLIGENT CAMERA SOFTWARE MAKE THIS MY FAVOURITE
camera is not good.Getting android updates early than any other phones.ART runtime works fine.
Even though I just sold my beloved M8 for a LG G3 I can honestly say I miss this phone immensely. This was and is an extremely fast and fluid phone. I easily went 2 days on a single charge with 6 hours on screen time and all on a 2600Mah battery!! Just amazing. The Build quality was 2nd to none. Call quality never faltered one bit. Just an over all awesome phone.
The Iphone has always been the go to device for form, functionality and comfort. I've used every OS to date and IOS just works. It does what I need it to do and when I need to do it. I have never had to restart my phone due to hiccups or freezes. Maybe it?s just me but I don?t carry my power cord or need to charge my phone throughout the day and I still play games and visit every social network several times a day. The only downside to this phone and the biggest one is the screen size. I honestly need a little more real-estate. If and when apple gives us a larger Iphone the Smartphone game will change once again. That?s why every Smartphone maker pushes a bigger screen because they now that?s the only challenge they have to try and take some market share from apple. We all are aware of the storm on the horizon, just over the cliff. Complete annihilation!!!!!
who needs phones that are very expensive and then after 2 weeks they are outdated...Nexus smartphones always get the latest update directly by google..Sure it does not have the best display, best reception or the best battery life...But....if you mess with the nexus line you never get back to other bands.....
All you have to do it pick it and use the G3 and you will fall in love!
32 GB model unlocked.
I admit it, I rooted it, installed a custom ROM and a custom kernel. But even on stock originally, battery life was FANTASTIC. Even with a 4.7 inch screen, I could still do most things one-handed, the display to me is superb and liked the responsive auto-dim/brightness control.
My only gripe now is the call quality. On stock and initially the custom ROM, I thought it sounded low and bit tinny at times and sometimes I needed to redial to connect, but I think that part might be T-Mobile. However the in-call volume inconsistency is a bug and only was fixed when I rooted the X and installed a sound mod.
On stock though, if you're not rooted (an Xposed mod will fix it), you may find the notifications/ringer hard link unacceptable. On 3/5, it's pretty loud no matter what. But on 2/5, it can be pretty quiet, unless your X is on a hard surface and not in your hand or a case.
Beyond that, I think the X is a great phone, really it is. However, if you are a Samsung loyalist and I mean their high-end handsets, everything that makes the X work, rooted or not rooted might not be enough to make a switch.
Own it and love it. My second choice is my Z10. Nice size for smaller hands. Bright screen
We just switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. Not only did they pay our early termination fees in full, but we all got new, better phones (iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, LG G2, and LG G3) and we still pay less than we did with Sprint. And there are no overages and you can stream music without affecting your data limit. T-Mobile is truly one of the best carriers if you live in a metropolitan area such as New York or other major cities. I would recommend it to anybody
I was skeptical because I believe in having phones with removeable batteries, so when I ditched my Galaxy SIII for the M8, I was nervous as I use my phone HEAVILY with alot of apps constantly running. The battery life is better than I expected but I would still love to have a phone that works a LONG time with my kind of usage. I have a power bank so I'm good I love the sound, the display, the speed. GREAT!!!!
