Hot on the heels of the entry-level Moto C leaking out, a new high-end Motorola handset appears to have leaked.
Images of what’s said to be the Moto Z2/Moto Z2 Force have surfaced. Shared by @OnLeaks, the images show a device that looks an awful lot like the original Moto Z, complete with a thin build, round camera housing, and connector pins on the back for Moto Mods. There are a couple of notable differences, though.
The first difference is that the fingerprint reader on the front of this Moto Z2 is pill-shaped, whereas on the Moto Z it’s a square. And then on the back of the phone, it looks like there’s a dual camera setup where the original Moto Z only had a single rear camera.
There aren’t any spec details available for the Moto Z2. The branding for the device did recently leak, though, and considering the investment that Moto has made in Moto Mods, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a Moto Z2 come to market. As for the dual camera setup, that seems to be a trend in mobile now, with companies like Apple, LG, and Huawei all offering smartphones with dual camera systems, so it’s certainly possible that Moto could want to try its hand at such a feature, too.
What do you want to see from a Moto Z2?
