News about the Moto G (2015) model leaking to the public are no longer a surprise. Photos of the alleged device surfaced a few days ago, along with a number of rumors. Now, however, there’s a new batch of photos and information that has found their way to the public, amidst Motorola’s tight security.
With an event in Delhi slated for July 28, Motorola has recently shipped out a number of units to prepare ahead of time. As expected, this is where Motorola will be announcing their third generation Moto G, along with the Moto X. But with just a few days until the event, an online retailer appears to already know everything about the device.
Featured on a number of online retailer websites, the Moto G (2015) is believed to come with a 5-inch HD display, 4G LTE connectivity, 13MP rear-facing camera, 5MP front-facing camera, 8GB built-in storage with expandable storage, and a 2470mAh battery. The website alleges that the device will be powered by a 1.7GHz Snapdragon 410 processor with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. The phone is believed to have a price between $130 and $240. While the Moto G (2015) shares a number of similarities as this year’s model, the differentiating factor may be the manufacturer’s decision to introduce the device to its Moto Maker service.
Considering the Moto G (2015) has not been officially announced by the company, it is safe to say that these are just the alleged specs of the device. So until Motorola’s event on July 28 takes place, it’s best to wait for an official glimpse of the third-generation Moto G.
