Less than two weeks after launching its own-brand 8-inch Android tablet, AT&T has taken the wraps off of another small-size slate.
The LG G Pad F 8.0 will launch at AT&T on May 29 for $0 down and 20 payments of $12.50 each, or $149.99 with a two-year contract. Should you decide to plunk down your cash for the G Pad F 8.0, you’ll get a tablet with an 8-inch “HD+” display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 16GB of storage, a microSD slot, 5-megapixel rear camera, and a 4200mAh battery. LG has also thrown in a full-size USB port.
On the software side, the LG G Pad F 8.0 runs Android 5.0 beneath LG’s custom user interface. Included are several custom LG features like Dual Window and QPair, the latter of which lets you use your tablet to answer calls and reply to messages that come in to your paired Android smartphone.
The LG G Pad F 8.0 will be available online and in AT&T stores next week.
