After announcing some entry-level Android smartphones last week, Kazam today revealed a new, more premium handset.
The Kazam Tornado 455L has a 5.5-inch 1280x720 IPS display, 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony BSI sensor and dual LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front camera. All of those features are packed into a body that’s got Gorilla Glass on its front and rear. The 6.9mm-thick body is also IP67-rated for resistance to dust and water.
Packed inside of that IP67-rated body lives a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 16GB of storage, a microSD slot, 2GB of RAM, 4G LTE connectivity, and a 2600mAh battery.
The Kazam Tornado 455L is going to launch across Europe with Android 4.4 in tow. The phone is a bit higher-end than Kazam’s other recently-announced Android hardware and it’s got a pretty clean design, too, and it’ll be interesting to see what other designs Kazam — a company with some former HTC execs at its helm — can churns out in the future.
What do you think of the Kazam Tornado 455L?
