HTC’s effort to update its flagship One smartphones to Android 5.0 continues this morning with the One (M7).
HTC is now pushing Lollipop to the HTC One (M7) in Europe, bumping the device up to software version 7.19.401.2. The update is a hefty one, weighing in at 804.7MB, but once you’re done installing it, you One (M7) folk will find an updated Recent Apps menu, support for searching in your Settings app, updated lock screen notifications, and Android 5.0.2.
In order to check for this update, you One (M7) folk should head into Settings > About phone > Software Updates > Check Now. Don’t fret if it’s not there yet, because these things tend to roll out in waves. If it is there, though, hurry up and download it!
