Microsoft announced two new devices this week, the Lumia 830 and the Lumia 730/735. This is the highly impressive, budget-friendly Lumia 735, and while it's not quite a match for the Lumia 830 in specs, it has its plus points. The shiny plastic finish is fantastic, and the way the glass curves towards the edges of the phone harks back to the very first Windows Phone Lumias and the ill-fated Nokia N9.
The Lumia 735 has a 4.7-inch 720p display (312ppi), a Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, wireless charging, LTE and it will come shipped with all the best features in Windows Phone 8.1 and the Lumia Denim update.
What are your thoughts on Microsoft plugging the gap between the low and high ends of the market?
