Aaron's plane to New York was a casualty of yesterday's East Coast storm nightmare, so Warren Bowman (who is also an expert in PhoneDog's Official Smartphone Rankings) was kind enough to stand in and do a hands-on video of the HTC 8S Windows Phone.  Featuring a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, the 8S offers a 4-inch display (480x800), 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD recording, 1,700 mAh non-removable battery, and Windows Phone 8.  It'll be coming later in the year and will be battling against Samsung's ATIV and Nokia's Lumia product lines.
