Aaron's back in the office (delayed, thanks to weather delays) and is rounding up the final numbers in last week's PhoneDog's Official Smartphone Rankings!  In week 28, the Samsung Galaxy S III remained at the top of both lists, along with the HTC One X and Apple iPhone 4S.  In addition to the industry leaders, the global Galaxy S III, global Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Nokia Lumia 900 make appearances, though the Samsung Galaxy Note just barely missed the cut.  Apple's iPhone 5 launches TOMORROW, the Nokia Lumia 920 hits later this year, and the Samsung Galaxy Note II lands soon.  Expect a wild fourth quarter in mobile.
