Week 19 of PhoneDog's Official Smartphone Rankings is over, and the results are in!  Aaron rounds everything up, and while the Samsung's Galaxy S III continues to be on top of both lists, the iPhone 4S makes a comeback on the People's Choice chart.  Other appearances include the HTC One X, global Galaxy S III, Nokia Lumia 900, and Samsung Galaxy Nexus.  The battle continues between the Galaxy S III and HTC One X, with the One X losing to the Galaxy S III by ONE VOTE.  Your voice matters, so be sure to cast your vote in week 20 at our Official Smartphone Rankings page!
