Aaron unboxes Europe's newest LG superphone, the LG Optimus 4X HD.  Announced at Mobile World Congress earlier in the year, the Optimus 4X HD packs a 1.5 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 4.7-inch IPS HD (720p) display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, a front-facing camera, 2,150 mAh battery, and HSPA+ 21 Mbps connectivity.  It launches with Android 4.0 with an all-new version of LG's user interface.  The specifications are strong, placing it in a strong position to compete with the HTC One X and Samsung Galaxy S III, but has LG made substantial improvements to their user interface?
