Announced at Google I/O on Wednesday, the Google Nexus 7 is the manufacturer's first Nexus-branded tablet. Manufactured by ASUS, the Nexus 7 sports a 1.3 GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, 7-inch IPS HD display (1280x800 pixels), a front-facing camera, 4,325 mAh battery, and Android 4.1, known as Jelly Bean. The new OS brings Google's Project Butter into the equation and includes some nifty features like Google Now. So far, it's an excellent tablet that offers some nice specs and offers a compelling starting price of $199.99. It'll be available through Google Play in 8 and 16 GB variants in mid-July. Part 2 of 2.
