It may not be the best device out there, but the Samsung Gem is an cool little low-end phone that's a great addition to US Cellular's ever-growing Android lineup.  It has an 800 MHz processor, 3.2-inch display, 3.2-megapixel camera, and a stock build of Android 2.2.  For $29.99 (with a two-year agreement, of course), it's quite the bang for the buck, and is a great device for Android newbies.  Aaron unboxes it and gives some first impressions.
