HTC is sending out invitations to a media event on Tuesday, August 19, in New York City. Unsurprisingly, the company didn’t say exactly what it’s got planned for the gathering.
We’ll have to wait until August 19 rolls around to find out exactly what HTC’s got up its sleeve, but there’s one thing that immediately jumps to mind: the HTC One (M8) for Windows. The device is rumored to be launching at Verizon on August 21, and after HTC made the Android-powered One (M8) available immediately following its announcement, I wouldn’t be surprised if HTC is aiming to make the One (M8) for Windows available right after its debut as well.
