For another week there were no changes in the top spots of PhoneDog’s Official Smartphone Rankings as the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 held on to their first place positions. A standout on the People’s Choice chart, the HTC One continues to impress with a solid metal build, quad-core processor and availability on multiple U.S. carriers. With new smartphone rumors and multiple upcoming trade shows, will HTC and Samsung’s flagship devices continue stick around at the top?
