AT&T previously promised that it would begin accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S 4 on April 16, and now that that date has rolled around, a few more details on AT&T's plans for the device have trickled out. According to the Galaxy S 4 product page on AT&T's site, orders of Samsung's new flagship will be shipped out to buyers on April 30, and Engadget has found that buyers are being given an expected delivery date of May 3. Pricing for the 16GB Galaxy S 4 is set at $199.99, while anyone looking to go the no-contract route will be ponying up $639.99 to do so.
The April 30 ship date listed on AT&T's Galaxy S 4 pre-order page is a tad later than the April 26 date that was spotted on a recently-leaked Staples document, but the good news is that it looks like AT&T customers won't be waiting much longer to get their mitts on the new device. Unfortunately for interested buyers, it looks like several folks are being greeted with a "The device you've selected is not available in your area" error message on AT&T's Galaxy S 4 pre-order page. It's likely an issue that'll be fixed soon, but it means that anyone running into the error will need to wait just a tad longer to reserve their Galaxy S 4. We'll give you a shout once things appear to be clearing up. To help pass the time until then and help you get ready for the GS4's arrival, you can check out Aaron's hands-on with the phone below.
