Looks like AT&T won't be the only carrier kicking off Samsung Galaxy S 4 pre-sales on April 16. U.S. Cellular today announced that it will begin accepting online pre-orders for Samsung's new flagship smartphone on Tuesday, April 16. The carrier doesn't say which versions of the Galaxy S 4 that it plans to offer, but the image on its registration page does show both the white and black versions of the device. The Galaxy S 4 will include support for U.S. Cellular's 4G LTE network.
When U.S. Cellular launched the Galaxy S III last year, it offered the 16GB version in both Pebble Blue and Marble White, but any customers interested in the more capacious 32GB model had to go with a Marble White unit. Because of this, it'll be interesting to see which Galaxy S 4 models U.S. Cellular adds to its lineup. It's also worth noting that unlike AT&T, U.S. Cellular has made no mention of how much it intends to charge for the Galaxy S 4. The good news is that with pre-orders kicking off in a couple of weeks, more information on U.S. Cellular's pricing plans will be coming out soon. Stay tuned.
