Good news for anyone interested in picking up a Samsung Galaxy Note II from T-Mobile, as it looks like you've only got a a couple more days of waiting ahead of you. A new image sent to TmoNews shows that the Note II will be launching on October 24, confirming an earlier leak that showed the same date. There's no mention of pricing in this new shot, but a different image leaked to TmoNews over the weekend shows that the Note II may cost $299.99 with a two-year contract and 20 monthly payments of $20 each on a Value plan, while Classic plan customers may need to shell out $419.99 on contract. The leak also shows that a $50 mail-in rebate will be available to Classic subscribers.
The Galaxy Note II's launch date isn't officially official until T-Mobile makes it so, but there are a couple of other tidbits of information that make an October 24 launch make sense. Not only is T-Mobile known for releasing new products on Wednesdays, but Samsung is also hosting a Galaxy Note II-focused event on that date. If T-Mobile is indeed planning to launch the Note II on October 24, it shouldn't be long before we get an announcement from the folks at Magenta, so it'd probably be wise to start gathering your pennies. How many of you T-Mobile customers are interested in the Samsung Galaxy Note II?
