A couple of weeks after Google initially introduced carrier billing for Google Play books, movies and music, another carrier has been added to the list that support this feature. Google today announced that Sprint customers can now charge all Google Play purchases to their monthly bill, meaning folks on the Now Network can add their app, book, movie and music purchases to their statement and pay for them that way.
Sprint customers have been able to charge their app purchases to their monthly bill for some time now, but starting today they'll also be able to buy other content and simply pay for it along with their usual Sprint bill. It may not seem like a huge addition, but this feature could come in handy for folks that want to consolidate all of their phone-related charges onto one bill or just don't feel like entering their credit card info into their Google account. Have any of you Sprint folk already taken advantage of this new feature?
