Have you picked up an HTC One S from T-Mobile? Then you'll want to pay attention to a support document on T-Mobile's website that outlines an issue with the One S and its Wi-Fi calling ability. According to T-Mobile, the One S can suffer from a bug that drains the battery quickly while using Wi-Fi calling. The good news is that a fix is on the way, as T-Mo says that the issue will be taken care of in an upcoming software update. There's no mention of when the update may be released. Until it is pushed, T-Mobile recommends that users keep their phones plugged in while using Wi-Fi Calling.
We've yet to hear major outcries when it comes to the One S's battery and Wi-Fi Calling, but it's good to see T-Mobile recognizing the problem and promising a fix for those that are affected. Stay tuned for more information on the One S's incoming update as we get it. How many of you have snagged a One S since its debut last week?
