Are you a Nexus S owner that's been wondering where your taste of Ice Cream Sandwich is ever since Google detailed the update in October? Wonder no more, friend, as Google has announced that it's going to begin rolling out Android 4.0 to the Nexus S over the coming month, and the upgrade starts today. Google's also gone ahead and thrown together a handy little guide for Nexus S owners upgrading from Gingerbread to ICS, showing users how to do things like take screenshots and view recent apps in the new version of Android. You can find that guide right here.
It's no surprise that the Nexus S is being updated to Ice Cream Sandwich, but it's good to see an update happening already, especially considering all of the attention that the Android 4.0-preloaded Galaxy Nexus has been getting as of late. There's no mention of when Sprint's Nexus S 4G might be joining in on the update fun, but it's tough to imagine that Google will keep those users waiting too long. If you've got a Nexus S and the ICS update makes its way to your neck of the woods, be sure to give us a shout in the comments below!
