Apparently those talks between Apple and Samsung haven't been going so well. Today Apple filed another patent infringement lawsuit against Samsung, this time in Samsung's own backyard of South Korea. Apple claims that Samsung is infringing on several of its patents and, when asked for a comment on the suit, an Apple spokesperson said, "It is no coincidence that Samsung's latest products look a lot like the iPhone and iPad from the shape of the hardware to the user interface and even the packaging."
And so the battle between Apple and Samsung continues. The most recent development in the Apple v. Samsung tiff in the U.S. saw Samsung's request for the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 denied, and now we're waiting to see whether or not Apple plans to file a preliminary injunction on some of Samsung's currently-available products.
