Last week Verizon teased us by saying that a 4G LTE network expansion was "coming soon," and today they've finally announced which areas of the country will be getting in on the high-speed data fun. Beginning on Thursday, May 19th, the following markets will have access to Big Red's LTE network:
Additionally, Verizon will be expanding its 4G LTE coverage in and around Philadelphia, Pa., which includes the areas of Gloucester, Camden and Burlington Counties in New Jersey as well as Bucks County in Pennsylvania. While this latest 4G expansion certainly isn't the largest one we've seen from Verizon, we're always happy to see new markets being lit up with LTE, especially when they're major areas like the ones announced today.
