We've heard in the past that the HTC Sensation 4G could be hitting T-Mobile as soon as June 8th, and today not only do we have evidence to back that rumor up, but we've also learned two more Android-powered phones will be joining the Sensation on the 8th. First up, our friends at TmoNews have obtained a screenshot from a T-Mobile dealer showing that the qHD-packin' Sensation 4G will be launching on Wednesday, June 8th. There's no mention of pricing in the photo, but a leak from over the weekend showed that the Sensation 4G will be priced at $199.99 with a two-year contract at Target.
Also landing on June 8th is the Samsung Exhibit 4G, which will feature a 1GHz Hummingbird core, 3-megapixel camera with LED flash, VGA front-facing camera, and 21Mbps HSPA+ connectivity. The Exhibit 4G has a dealer price set at $325, meaning that it could cost either $150 or maybe even $100 with a two-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate.
Rounding out the June 8th Android trifecta is the Samsung Gravity Touch 2, or GT2. Featuring a 3.2-inch touchscreen, 800MHz processor, 3-megapixel camera with LED flash, full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and Android 2.2, the GT2 will sport a dealer price of $225 and a mail-in rebate of $50, meaning that it should land at a sub-$100 on-contract price when it launches next month.
All in all, it looks like there'll be a good mix of new Android phones available to T-Mobile customers when June 8th rolls around. The HTC Sensation 4G will be there for folks that need high-end, bleeding edge hardware, the Exhibit 4G fills the mid-range gap, and the GT2 looks like a good fit for folks looking for a lower-end, cheaper smartphone. The addition of a physical QWERTY on the GT2 is nice, too, and could make it a lot more attractive compared to some of T-Mo's other low-end Android offerings like the Comet and Optimus T. So, anyone going to pick up one of these new handsets on the 8th?
