We've already heard that Verizon is planning to release the HTC Merge on November 11th, but now that date may be getting even more jam-packed for VZW customers. The folks over at Droid-Life have heard from a source that the DROID 2 Global, DROID Pro, Motorola Citrus, and Palm Pre 2 will all be launching on November 11th. There's no hard evidence or anything like that to speak of, but the site says that their source is "usually" accurate, so we'll have to wait and see how this one turns out.
I would say something about how if all of these devices were coming out in less than a month, it'd be strange that Verizon hadn't made any sort of announcements about that date. If you remember the DROID 2 launch, though, you know that Verizon will wait until a day or two before a device's launch to make everything official. It seems kind of strange that Verizon would launch all of these handsets on one day rather than spread them out throughout the remainder of the year, but Big Red could want to build hype for the new phones before Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. Plus, the Pre 2 and DROID 2 Global have already shown up in Verizon's training systems, so a launch for at least those two devices does seem imminent. There's less than a month until November 11th, so we don't have long to wait!
