Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T have all had some of their Samsung Galaxy Tab launch info leaked, and now it's time for the final carrier to have their release info rumored, too. The folks over at Droid-Life have heard from two sources that Verizon plans to launch their version of the Galaxy Tab on November 1st, a couple of weeks before Sprint's rumored launch date. No word on potential pricing, but since both T-Mobile and Sprint are said to be pricing the Tab at $399 on contract, I'm sure Verizon's model will feature a similar price tag.
I'm surprised that there is such a great disparity between the launch dates for both Verizon and Sprint (although everything is still a rumor at this point). Sure, two weeks may not seem like much, but there may be some customers that don't want to wait that extra time for Sprint's model to launch. It's not like customers are tied to a certain carrier for the Tab like they may be with their smartphone, so potential Tab customers could go just about anywhere they want. Considering that two of the Galaxy Tab models are rumored to be launching in November, hopefully we'll be hearing some more official news soon so that we can get this all sorted out once and for all.
