July 15th is just around the corner, and the HTC DROID Incredible is still nowhere to be found except online.  If you're looking to purchase the Incredible, it's been on backorder ever since it sold out a few days after launch.  And the consensus is that it's not necessarily on due to high demand (though, obviously the phone was/is one of the more popular devices out there) but because of the continuous inability to manufacture the device thanks to a shortage of screens.  The current ship date for the Incredible is August 3rd if you order today, but don't forget if you've already pre-ordered an Incredible and are getting tired of the wait, Verizon will let you switch your pre-order from Incredible to DROID X.  So what's it going to be a monsterous 4.3-inch screen on July 15th, or a 'nice-sized' 3.7-inch display August 3rd, or whenever they get around to making/shipping it?
