One day after Apple confirmed that it was adding its Deep Fusion camera mode to an iOS 13 beta, the update has begun rolling out.
Apple today launched iOS 13.2 beta 1 and iPadOS 13.2 beta 1 to registered developers. Notably, the iOS 13.2 beta 1 update brings Deep Fusion for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro. Deep Fusion is a camera feature that's enabled automatically in medium-light scenes, and it uses pixel-by-pixel processing to optimize your images for texture, detail, and noise.
Since this is the first beta release of iOS 13.2, there's no word yet on what other features are included in the update, but we should learn more as devs dig into iOS 13.2 and find the changes that Apple has made.
Also rolling out today is watchOS 6.1 beta 2 for the Apple Watch. There haven't been any major new features discovered in watchOS 6.1 quite yet, so this update may be focused on squashing bugs and improving performance on the Apple Watch.
