Earlier this week, Apple hosted its latest big iPhone event and showcased the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Proper replacements for the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max from last year, there weren't many surprises this year. Not that surprises are really expected anymore, but there had even been rumors that we'd see a legendary "One more thing," but that didn't end up happening.

Which means, unless you're a huge fan of the incoming Apple TV+ or Apple Arcade (like I am), the iPhone 11 series was the star of the show. Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course. There is plenty of talk out there whether or not Apple should call their phones "pro" devices or not, but it's just branding and, at least compared to just the previous iPhone models, I don't think it's an absurd name.

Plus, that Midnight Green color is ridiculously nice to look at.

There is quite a bit to like about the iPhone 11 series, whether you're a fan of saving a bit of money and not having the bleeding-edge specs, or if you want to fork over a bit more money and get the best that Apple has to offer for a year. The iPhone 11 has an upgraded camera system in its own right, so that might be worth the upgrade alone. The same can be said for the triple camera setup in the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max.

Prices aren't shocking, either, because Apple isn't really changing anything up. The newer iPhone models are the same price as the devices they are replacing, so potential customers should know what to expect. With so many different monthly installment options out there, and pretty great promotions from carriers, the price might not be such a huge issue anymore. That comes down to the individual, of course.

So, it's time to ask the most obvious question there is: if you're in the market for a new iPhone, are you going with one of the iPhone 11 models? If so, which variant are you going with and why?
