There's a lot of excitement around Star Wars lately with the launch of the new film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker next month, and now Samsung is getting in on fun with a special edition smartphone.
The Galaxy Note 10+ Star Wars Special Edition is launching in select markets starting on December 10, 2019, just in time for the release of the new Star Wars movie on December 20. This special Note 10+ will be available in the following markets: Australia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Korea, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UAE, UK, and USA.
In the U.S., this Star Wars-themed Galaxy Note 10+ bundle will be available starting December 13th for $1,299.99. You'll be able to buy it from Amazon, select Best Buy and Microsoft stores, Samsung Experience Stores, and Samsung.com.
So what's different about this Galaxy Note 10+? Samsung is adding Star Wars branding to the back of the phone and giving it a black and red design, complete with a red accent around the rear camera housing and a red S Pen. The package also comes bundled with an embossed leather cover, special Galaxy Buds, and an exclusive metal badge collector's item.
Samsung is no stranger to releasing special edition models of its phones for major events. It previously launched an Iron Man-themed Galaxy S6 edge to celebrate the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie and it's unleashed a few different Olympics-branded phones, including a Galaxy Note 8 that celebrated the 2018 Winter Olympics.
Now we're approaching the launch of a new Star Wars film which is the final entry in this new trilogy, and Samsung has a special Note 10+ to go along with it. Star Wars is a hugely popular franchise and so this Note 10+ could be pretty popular during the holidays. Even if you're not a huge Star Wars fan, though, the black and red design looks pretty sharp.
