Sprint originally planned to launch the Samsung Galaxy S 4 online and in stores on April 27, but the carrier was forced to push back its in-store availability due to inventory issues. The good news that those problems appear to be clearing up already, as Sprint just announced that inventory of the Galaxy S 4 is "now flowing into Sprint sales channels." Sprint says that Samsung is ramping up production of the new handset and that it expects to receive more shipments on a daily basis. The full statement given to AndroidGuys is as follows:

"We are pleased inventory for the new Samsung Galaxy S 4 is now flowing into Sprint sales channels. Our partners at Samsung are ramping up production and we expect additional inventory shipments on a daily basis. We are delighted with the strong response to Galaxy S 4."

While Sprint did still begin accepting online orders for the Galaxy S 4 this past weekend, looking at a device on a web store isn't quite the same as actually walking into a brick and mortar outlet to try a phone and having the opportunity to walk out with it right then. That's why it's good to see Sprint begin receiving inventory of Samsung's latest in its stores.

Sprint is selling the 16GB Galaxy S 4 in both White Frost and Black Mist. Pricing is set at $249.99 with a two-year contract, though Sprint is currently offering a $100 "Bring Your Number" credit to customers that port a number to a new line of service. The Sprint Galaxy S 4's full retail price is $599.99.
