After a second full week with the Samsung Galaxy S III and Apple iPhone 5 both on the Official Smartphone Rankings, the GSIII dominated the votes with the people, winning by over 600. This means we feature a user review for the GSIII on Monday for another week. Today it comes from PhoneDog fan Dimitri Morgan.
"Most feature packed device on this list." By Dimitri Morgan on October 4, 2012
The reason I chose the Galaxy S III over the iPhone 5 is because it does literally everything the iPhone does and then some (Panorama,4G LTE, large display, social media integration). The only ways in which the iPhone shines is in its style/brand recognition ease of use, and its smoothness although the Galaxy S III is not slow by any means.
In the HTC One X, I like the design and the screen more but the multitasking issue, lack of a physical removable battery, no micro sd card slot, and nowhere near as many new features as the Galaxy S III definitely did not allow me to choose it as the best phone. Gimmick or not, the S III definitely brought a lot of new ideas and features to the table.
