Motorola's new DROID 2 was just released on the 12th, but Verizon and Moto have decided that it already needed a few bugs that needed squashing. Verizon has begun pushing out an update for the DROID 2 and, while it doesn't bring any sort of huge new features or enhancements, it does give you the ability to scroll in text and picture messages! Strangely, the update doesn't seem to fix the signal woes that many people were experiencing with their handsets, so if you're suffering from that problem you'll have to soldier on for a little while longer.
I'm definitely surprised that Moto and Verizon haven't addressed the signal problems with this update. Judging by all of your comments in the previous post about the DROID 2's reception, a lot of you are experiencing the issues, so hopefully Motorola can get an update together soon. Going back to the update that is out, how many of you have gotten the OTA notification?
