Yesterday we saw video of the Samsung Galaxy Tab riding the rails with an anonymous phone company employee, but today Samsung has gone ahead and posted a Tab video of its own. In what is possibly one of the shortest teaser videos in recent memory, Samsung has revealed some of the specs of the Tab, which include Android 2.2, a 7-inch screen, video calling, augmented reality, and a few others. At the end of the video, we're given the date, September 2nd, 2010, and location, Berlin, Germany, of when the Galaxy Tab will officially be unveiled. Some photos of the device also popped up at iFanr.com which show off the lightly skinned interface, Swype, and the buttons on the front of the Tab.
After all of the leaks we've seen of the Tab in the past, it's great that Samsung is finally going to come clean and show everyone their new tablet. What's even better is that they aren't going to make us wait weeks or months to see it. Keep in mind, though, that just because Samsung is going to unveil the Tab on Sept. 2nd doesn't mean that it will actually go on sale that day. Still, it'll be nice to finally have some official info about the device. So now that we've seen some decent photos and a teaser video, how many of you are thinking about picking up a Tab?
