Aaron unboxes and does a first look of the HTC One mini.  It makes some concessions to get to the size, but overall, the HTC One mini offers a respectable specifications list that bests its closest competitor, the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.  The One mini offers a 1.4 GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 4.3-inch 720p HD display, 4-ultrapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, 1,800 mAh battery, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5.  It sacrifices in several spec departments to get to the smaller size, but despite that, it retains a gorgeous metal build quality and offers more than the similarly marketed Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.
