Excellent customer service, fixed changes i chose to make to my account instantly. Great quality signal except when calling a tmobile phone but that was all crap-mobile's fault. Patient and courteous individuals in stores. Extensive selection of products and so very helpful. A keeper!
Have been with VM for over 3 years now and from day one, have had nothing but good customer service.
I know that a lot of users complain about having to talk with advisers who may not speak good English or understand it well, granted... I have come across a few of them myself. But I am patient when speaking with an adviser when there is a communications problem, and I voice my concern slowly and clearly. Getting mad at them will not help any situation, although a lot may use explicatives when they're really angry.
The service coverage is a little spotty for my island, but I do get for what I pay for, and I am able to live with it for now. Unless the other carriers can match VM's pricing plans, I'll stick with this company. I can never understand why one has to pay extra to use the data services.
I guess I'm just lucky that I don't experience much of the problems that others have endured. I do count my blessings.
What isn't to like about this super of a smartphone. Just wished they fixed the issue with the sd card dying..

I've had several phones,only because I wanted to upgrade phones, during the years I've had service with Tracfone & overall had good service & phones. For my needs, Tracfone prepaid cell service has the the best value for me with fair customer service. I say fair customer service because sometimes I've been on hold longer than I wanted & most times I get someone that's difficult to understand(although that happens with many companies customer service & support lines). I did have trouble when I upgraded phones twice and had to wait, only 2 days, to get new sim cards in mail but then the switchover went fine & all worked good. Have had no problems with any of the phones having service/signal pretty much everywhere except sometimes on casino floors. Half the time on any casino floor I cant call out & calls received go directly to voicemail. I couldn't get a cell phone & service at a lower price anywhere. I don't use it as my main phone, don't need or use internet on it, & don't need apps & such so considering everything, this has been the best option for me. I would recommend Tracfone unless you require the internet, lots of apps, &/or lots of minutes(say 500 or more or like so many that unlimited is best) in which case I'd recommend theunlimited talk, text, & web for $40 a month or less.

Although I have never used LG Google Nexus 5 ! it has been my dream phone the specs are so awesome you won't find such an awesome processor for such low price! Okay i agree it has some problems ! but i guess it will be solved with software update!
I see other phones I like. Phones like Lumia 1520 for its great camera and 1080p screen, but the iPhone has so many things to impress you. First start off with IOS 7 is getting so much better after each update. A finger print scanner I like the idea of it. Also, go grab a 5 and a 5s put on the same game and see the 5s finish much faster. I believe with every iPhone they make it faster and better. I love the idea you can text any mac, iPad, iPod touch,iPhone and any other phone. I love iTunes radio. I think it is an all around solid phone. I give 4 on display because it is not a 1080p. I give reception a 4 because I do not love its call quality all the time. Battery a 3 because it is nothing like the phablet phones. Design and form gets a 5 because it did step up its size from the 4s and better looking colors then the 5. I give apps and media a 5 because it has over 1 million apps. It is the largest mobile app store. What can you say the best apps and one of the best operating systems on a mobile phone. What else could you want?

I have had the Galaxy S3 for exactly one year, and wanted to change carrier and with a new phone. After watching many videos on the Galaxy S4 and Note 3, I settled on the Note 3, because you just cannot go from an S3 to an S4. Lol. And, now that I have the Note 3, I am very happy with my decision. This is a great phone.
Most remarkable thing about using this device is that though all other phones are capable of doing what an iPhone can do, but the satisfaction you get of doing that on an iPhone is the best. Software design is as premium as it gets. Hardware design is totally unmatched, almost every one accepts this. All the things have been designed keeping human behavior in mind. Like the Pages app has so many templates, for example I use budget tool the most. Then the synchronization across all its devices is just exemplary. It has to be the best device for me, and for anyone who likes intuitive and intelligent device.

As a teenager, you dont have consistent income, it is very suitable to student who wish to get a new phone but concern about saving money. The design of this phone, simple is beauty. On the other hand, no expandable memory is a bit disappointed.
