The good: The phone is cute and easy to use. I caught on to the uses really quickly. Its touch sensors are set to your liking. The calls are pretty clear.
The bad: memory sucks!!
Summary: The Green one I bought in March i had to get a new one in June and July and its Aug and i have to do it again. The phone's memory is crazy it doesnt hold as much as it should for all the features. now when i look at my pictures my phone cuts off and back on again. the previous two wouldnt come back on so i lost all my numbers, pictures, and ringtones...that sucks
The good: get the extended battery! simple to use. and rugged.
The bad: no bluetooth and black and blue in color
Summary: I have had alot worse phones. not a bad phone. needs more colors and bluetooth. and get the extended battery! works for me!!!
The good: voice memo
notepad
battery life
The bad: camera
Summary: okay so the camera isn't the best but whatever if theres a problem with you pushing buttons then get a phone case, its better for your phone anyway. Also the phone comes with a voice memo so if you dont like the ringtones it comes with [what phone comes with good ringtones anyway] and u dont wanna pay to download then you can record your own. The battery life is awesome to me. if i use it a lot it lasts a day and a half, if not maybe 3 days, but if a day and a half isnt a good enough battery life for you then charge it. They send you chargers with the phone u know.
= ]
The good: Very decent Coverage Area, MyCircle, 1Year or 2Year contract options, very few actual roaming areas you will be charged in.
The bad: Long wait at some stores, long holds on customer service, My Account on Alltel.com sometimes isn't working.
Summary: I have been using Alltel Since 05/04/2006. I have never had a roaming charge on my bill. I travel from South Dakota clear down into Texas and never been charged for roaming. When I leave my home state of Nebraska my roaming indicator comes on and starts flashing. The Alltel people told me as long as it is flashing I will not roam. Guess what, they were right! Alltel is very fair with its' plans and phone prices. A lot of the bigger companies, Verizon, Cingular, Sprint do not offer 1 year contracts. Alltel does. This meens I can get a new phone every 9 months so I am never in an outdated phone. Alltel's mycircle lets me talk to my family members who have Verizon for free! With Mycircle I can talk to any land line number I choose for free also! I have a 900 day time minute plan but with mycircle, and mobile to mobile, I only use about 300. Alltel also has an unlimited text plan for $19.99. The bigger cell companies unlimited text is like $6.00 a month but they will charge you a ton if you send pics or videos. With alltel Pictures, videos, instant messaging, and audio sound messinging "like ring tones" are counted as text messages. With my unlimited text packet I also get mobile web! I can see weather radar, maps, directories, I can do my yahoo email and face book all from my razor. For everyone that thinks they are roaming check your indicator, if it is flashing or blinking you are okay. I would recomend alltel to anyone.
The good: Great sound quality: ringer= loud & call quality= great.
Speaker phone is great!
Takes video that you can use as wall paper!
Decent camera. Better when viewing on the computer.
Can customize your own menu.
Can put pics as front LCD wall paper.
You can take single shots as pics from the videos!!
The bad: When viewing the pics on the phone they can come out distorted.
Videos only 15 sec in length.
Talk-time battery life shorter than others I've had.
Boring themes.
Summary: I would truly recomend this phone to anyone looking for a durable, cute but professional, more for your money phone. The main thing that irritated me with this phone is that I love taking pics, but what you think you are getting when you snap a pic isn't always what you get. When the phone saves pics to the gallery they are further off than what they looked like b4 you saved. Also alot of them come out very distorted, crampt, or blocky. What does this mean? For instance a friend took a pic of me and my hubby outside with plenty of light, but when i looked at the pic my our faces looked smushed, and when I took a close up of my son there were lines in the pic that made up perfect squares. And these aren't isolated instances. It's as if the screen can't handle the quality of the camera. I emphasize quality b/c when I email them to myself and save to the computer the pics are beautiful. The video was a new and exciting feature for me, but I was also disappointed with how short they are. 15 seconds is just not enough time to capture my son in one of his adorable moments.
The pros on this phone truly outway my irritation with the feature quirks. It is a great PHONE. It's not supposed to be in the running with the more expensive high-end phones. Despite the quirks I still had fun using the camera and video recorder. (I've never had a phone to take video b4) It does have wonderful sound to the ringtones that is loud enough to wake even the deepest sleeper. The speaker phone works well enough that I can be chasing my son around a good 3 feet away and still hold a conversation. The call quality was great and I absolutely loved customizing my own menu to my most frequently used individual functions. It's also very durable. I don't know how many times I have dropped the thing (or my son has) and except a few scratches to the glossy front it still works perfectly. On that note, the swivel covering over the charger port is great and has saved my phone from my son's slobberings many times. All in all a great phone for everyday use!
The good: good phones
The bad: signal quality is not good in virginia
Summary: I am with verizon wireless for past 2 years and for first time i am not satisfied with the signal call quality in virgenia. Its excellent in the West.
As soon as my phone freezes-- I march it in to the Verizon store and get a replacement. I'm on my 6th or 7th phone. I figure if Verizon insists on selling this piece of junk-- then they should have to face the consequences. I'm hoping they'll stop carrying it and let people switch to a different model. This phone deserves a total recall from the factory.
The good: It has a big screen,it has blue tooth, has good camera, very thin,
The bad: unlike the v3m it dosent have a slot for a memory car,no flash for the camera
Summary: Its a nice phone, it come with a camera, but doesent have a flash, it comes with blue tooth .its light wieght and can do all the media functiuon like picture messageing and go on the internet if your carrier has that option.its also very thin
The good: Good styling and good features
The bad: Slow at times, very less themes(not available in internet also)
Summary: This is a cool phone who needs to listen to music and with some extra useful features....!!!!!!
A good phone with a cheaper rate with such features compared to moto's competitors
The good: -pretty light weight
-big display
-convenient keys
-bright illumination
-camera average
The bad: -little loudness when the phone ringing
-40 Chord Sound Channel Polyphonic
-camera zooming (2.25) is really oldest 1
-battery life isnot so good (3.8hours / 5hours)
-Excess Price
-more or less same like k750
Summary: Marshal, Mobile review specialist (netfirms.bdcar.com)
i m from bangladesh, couple of days back i bought this stuff (13th july 07).
The good: great selection of phones,2 great plans to choose from on Easypay month to month, unlimited in calling,no taxes added on monthly balance at the end of billing cycle.
The bad: old UI menu, text messages &pix messages take away from account balance which takes away minutes
Summary: I have Verizon Easypay 350,Which includes 350 anytime minutes,3000 nights and weekends, and unlimited mobile to mobile for 50.00 a month.I started service on 03-30-07.Great coverage!,never roam,I can choose any phone Verizon has to offer-(not just prepaid phones.)Great customer service. All around best company to choose from.I have been with all the other national mobile companies and none compare to this,I have have postpaid and prepay accounts.I could have a postpaid account but I choose Prepaid month to month cause I like to keep control of my account and not worrie about overage's,plus no commit! Which im not to good at,and the best thing "NO CONTRACT".I would reconmmend Verizon to any one.All my family and mostly all my friends are on Verizon so we can talk for free. YAY!!!
The good: looks nice and slim fast internet
The bad: kinda hard to use...and something that is REALLY annoying is that if u get a text the ringer keeps playing until its over...even when the text message has already been read it will keep ringing until the song is over...when in meetings or public places it gets a little old and we can't figure out how too stop it...
Summary: More of a business phone, not recommended for teens...go with a different phone and there isn't the best battery life either
Nice phone until now. Volume will not remain in silent mode after receiving a call. Next call will ring at full volume. Error message is un supported. Don't expect to find troubleshooting information online or in the user manual.
The good: Great coverage, decent phones, good plans
The bad: none
Summary: I have Alltel u prepaid 400 monthly plan since i signed up on July 12 2007,I have had service with Alltel for 28 days now.Gerat coverage, decent plans, cool phones.good customer service.I live in the rurual area, and have great coverage,I never drop a call.
The good: This is world apart from my Treo 650. Much lighter, more powerful, smaller footprint, much bigger better screen display. I love the slide out keyboard & automatic horizontal display!! The new Windows Mobile 6.0 software is a lot less buggy then previous versions (used to have a PDA phone with Mobile 5.0 & it was terrible. I slid in a 2.0gb micro SD card (very reasonable cost online) & downloaded most of my library with room to spare! The phone comes with a nice case, earbuds, computer connector
The bad: The camera has some neat tools like panaramic mode, wide angle, etc. - but for a 2 megapixel model I was suprised by the poor image quality (actually worse than the camera on my Treo - which is not very good). I think this is a small price to pay for all the great features on this phone. Now my wife wants one!!
Summary: I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone. Take a look at it for yourself - I bet you will be blown away!!
The good: Service, customer service, comprehensibility.
The bad: text messaging plans not quite enough, few phones.
Summary: I have had virgin mobile on and off now for 3 years. Their service is reliable, customer service is friendly (once you actually talk to a real person), and the plans they offer are a nice-straightforward feature. The text messaging packages are lacking, 1000 for incoming and outgoing together is the max, and the available phones seem to disappear more than they appear. I have had verizon wireless, cingular, and am getting ready to possibly switch to sumcom. virgin smashes the majority of its competition in the customer service department, and is a sinch to operate no matter what age or financial demographic you fall into. Virgin mobile is a sure-fit for anyone who needs something to "tie them over" until they move to a major company. It may not work out so well for someone looking for a long-term carrier, or lots of options.
The good: was good on the first day
The bad: had to send back in on the 3rd day for a brand new phone.......jumped into the shower and when came out the phone was turned off, after many tries to turn it back on the phone would try and boot itself back up and nothing would happpen..........not to pleased by this at alll:(
Summary: RETURNED AND NEVER BOUGHT AGAIN ...i don't know about u but after 3 days and a problem this big, i change products
The good: 10 cents a minute when you buy the $100 card and the minutes don't expire as long as you but at least $10 per year after the first year. We got one phone via Costco for $30 and one from T-Mobile for $30.
The bad: A little ticky to understand if you are just dealing with a new phone in a cardbord box, but if you have the T-Mobile people open it up and set it up, it is all done for you, no extra charge.
Summary: Really great deal for older people or anyone on a budget. Kids can't exceed their minutes so it teaches them to be frugal. I had a traditional $60 a month Cingular plan and it cost me $750 a year for one phone. I still have all the phone contact I need but at a fraction of the cost. If you get others to sign up, the T-Mobile store will give you 200 or so free minutes. We've taken it to Vegas and all over southern California and it worked great.
The good: small, easy to use
The bad: that insurance doesnt cover my charger cause it broke. i called and asked they said only if the phones broken too.
Summary: i think its a good phone. easy to use. i love listenning to music. i just drag everything into my memory card.
The good: small
good screen quality
music player
loud speaker
fun to play with
lots of memory
The bad: touch screen can be kind of a pain
my vibrate seemed to stop working
Summary: Overall, i like this phone. I love how it comes in my favorite color...pink. I just dont like how the vibrate stopped working. It has a lot of internal memory which is cool. The music player has really good loud volume and sounds great... you can also change the setting depending on what style music you are listening to, in order to make it sound better!
