been using Virgin since 2010, voice quality is consistent not the best but all right all the time. i'm not text a lot but works all right. data speed is 3g but seems that the network that it uses (sprint) is busy so do not expect the best speed but still ok. customer service: I do all online so I don't have to call at all. last week called because reactivating my old phone online went wrong, had the issue fixed in 24 hours. have to say here that I have to program it manualy (instructions provided on the web page) and I did it wrong, so if I payed more attention on that I had ben called customer service one time on three years ! if you decide to get the service make sure to check the coverage area
I've just upgraded to the Galaxy Note during a one day only sale where I got this bad boy for 99 cents refurbished. When the unit came in, it looked and felt brand new. The display is not like anything else I have seen, the colors pop and everything is so crisp! I am a fan of the design, and it really doesn't matter anyway because most of us slap a PLASTIC case on it anyway to protect it. Battery life is impeccable! After rooting it and flashing a custom ROM, i got 15 Hours on one charge (not really long if you first think about it) but I had over 7 hours of on screen time. The possibilities are just endless, and the size? Believe me, you'll get used to it quick, you won't regret trying this phone. In fact, I'll be so bold to say don't even listen to the reviews, pick up the phone and let the phone speak for itself!

Even with the Htc one and the gs4 out the note 2 still stands strong among them. Don't need an 8 core processor and my camera is great. There has to be a device that totally blows the note 2 out of the water for me to get another.
