I switched to Tello a few months ago and I am totally happy. I make my own plan with as much data I want, the price is very low (compared to others) and their customer service is really good.
This is truly a fast and perfect mobile for a person who needs things to be done fast and efficiently! I highly recommend it!
I have been a very loyal customer to MetroPCS for at least 10 years. Boy, have they grown UP and have come a Very Long Way from being a provider whereby at one time Your Service would only work if You Were In A Certain Region of the State. When I first had the service back in the early 2000's out in Southern Florida, the service would work from for example, Miami up to around the Tampa area and then it would shut off until You got back into their coverage area. That Was Then, This Is Now! Today, the Service Covers practically the Whole United States which Now Includes Canada (my country) Yippee and Mexico depending on which type of Service You are paying for. Like I Said, MetroPCS has really Made Some Very Powerful and Positive Changes! In Addition, Now They Even Offer IPhone Services for the Same Price as an Android. Wow! I am Very Proud to be their Loyal Customer! I will Gladly give and provide a Very Good Reference, Letter Of Recommendation and Commendation to anybody who asks ME for one. No Problem! I want to also provide a Personal Commendation and High Recommendation to Alex out of the MetroPCS Corporate Store located at: 3700 South La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90016 who has known me for at least Seven (7) years + and has Provided ME with Outstanding and Top Class Customer Care Service whenever I need it! I also want to add an Extra Commendation and Recommendation to Richard, in their Southern California Corporate Offices for All Of His Hard Work, Patience and Efforts that he has Made and Built Towards ME at Keeping Me As His Very Happy And Loyal Customer as well! You see, it is people like Alex and Richard who Keep MetroPCS Strong, Alive, Healthy and Well! No Wonder Why They Have Been A Smash Hit For Years! I want to personally Nominate MetroPCS for The Top Cellular Provider Of The Year Award! Thank you for Your Wonderful First Rated, Number One Services That You Have Provided To Myself As Well To Millions Of Customers Out There! Sincerely yours, Howard Paul Shore Loyal MetroPCS Customer Volunteer Spokesman For The Company /HPS
I have the On5 for a month now and I have to say that it is a very good budget phone. I went with Metro PCS on a switch deal and got the On5 for FREE! The audio in the earpiece and the speakerphone is superb. I like the "extra volume" feature especially in outdoor settings. It comes out of the box with Android 6.0.1 installed. The HD display is pretty good for a TFT display. The responsiveness of the touch screen is laggy sometimes. But it is not an AMOLED display, so it is good enough. The battery lasts longer than I expected. I still have about 80% at days end with light to moderate usage. The phone did freeze on me once so far, I will continue to monitor. The headphone audio with the supplied music effects is nice sounding with my music or on I-Heart. The camera is a bit better than previous phones with a 5 MP Main and 2 MP front selfie, I need to play with the camera some more. Overall, I am pleased with the phone. I elected to get a screen protector and a hard case which I recommend since the On5 does not have Gorilla Glass. There is no notification LED, but there is a camera flash and vibrate feature for notifications
Here's the thing....The ZTE Axon 7 comes with a sort of stock set of apps and it's own apps. So, replace their Text message horror, with Google Messenger, and the Default Launchers (there's 2) with one of your choice, mine is LLauncher, and you have a pretty damn fine phone that competes, compares, and can even best phones that are twice the price! So why is the phone not even on the list to be voted on here on Phonedog?? Shoulder shrug....Because it doesn't have some flashy announcement like everything Galaxy does?? This phone has the same exact Processor/amount of Ram, an SD Card slot, and even has much better audio output(Front Facing Stereo speakers). The sound is the best I've ever heard in a cell phone. The ring volume has been so loud and distracting while I'm working that I had to reduce it to about 15% volume. Even the Notifications had to go down 80% in volume! The display(2560 x 1440p quad HD) is the best I've ever had and seen. Crisp, clear and without issues. The camera shines...ok, that will be the place Samsung can best it, but not to the tune of $400 extra $$'s. No way. The camera will still be stellar for most everyone with full manual controls for those who like to tinker, and the call quality has been clean and clear. The signal strength has been good, but in the areas I know are low on ATT signal...which really are very few, the Axon 7 struggled a little bit. Still, not a daily problem. Oh, it has a SD Card Slot, and room for 2 sim cards for 2 lines if you forgo the SD Card....which is easy to do when you have 64gb's built in! It's a shame most people who look for new phones will get suckered in by the Big Red, Blue, and Purple....Yes, they only charge people $29 a month for their Galaxy of Phones! for only 30 months! Stupid me paying only $399 for the Axon 7 and $35 a month for 2.5 gigs at Cricket...$45 if I wanted 5 gigs. In a world of ridiculous pricing on Top notch phones....I'm looking at you Samsung......Here is a solid alternative to em all! Now everyone vote for this thing and take Sammy Down!!!
I have had boost a couple of different times and have always been very happy with it. The service is on the Sprint network so it's very reliable and I have never had a dropped call or area where I have no service. What I especially like about boost is there customer service they always take the time to listen to what I have to say and even though they are even though English as their second language customer service representatives are always very polite do their best to be helpful and ask questions until they figure out what I need. Boost policy is to go out of their way to satisfy customers. It's good to see that level of customer service nowadays, it is so rare.

Horrible service!!!!! Customer Service told me that I have to wait 24 hours for them to complete the transfer. After waiting for over 24 hours for my number to be transferred. Net 10 service rep., TIFONA insisted I stayed on the line with her UNTIL THE PROCESS IS complete. After waiting online over with her over FEW hours. I was disconnected by this rep., TIFONA and the transfer was not completed. STAY AWAY FROM NET 10 SERVICE UNTIL THEIR MANAGEMENT IMPROVES THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!!
Read Many of the Reviews and you will find the Same Story. Call, speak to the most friendly, and the Single Most Uninformed people on the planet. If you read all the details of a phone or all the details of a calling plan, or Data plan, You will know more than any of the people on the phone. I NEVER, NEVER, EVER, call on the phone, because you will be promised ". . ." You name the benefit. When you get the Service or Billing, it will be different than you were told, 99% of the time. Call for help and you say, but I was told ". . ." and they say prove it. You got No Evidence. Now I go on line and Chat about a specific service or plan. I get them to put it in writing, I question what I understand, then I copy and paste the chat to a Word Doc then I can refer back any time. At the top of the chat you can have the chat E-Mailed to an E-mail address. Do it, and copy and paste the E-mail Chat to a Word Doc. Even when you get it in writing Management will apologize and be sorry then the Verizon person on the chat misinformed you. When you have a problem to fix, go on line to a chat, and ask the person who comes on the chat if a "Supervisor" is available, because I only want to go over this once. Keep asking till you are transferred to a Supervisor. Copy and Paste what you were told and ask "Why" was I not given what I was promised? They will offer you an apology, and a 'small discount' to satisfy your being lied to. Never, Never EVER, accept the 1st Offer! When you are ask to review the contact, Write the most negative review you can think of. Detail every promise by quoting what you were told. Sometimes with a Negative Review you will get a call back from a Supervisor. Whatever they offer, Don't take the 1st Offer, There will be more. Always! No matter what they offer, Ask them to put it in writing and send you an E-mail, Documenting Specifically what the promised solution is. Even When I get it in writing, I can NEVER, EVER, NEVER, Believe what I am told until I see the specific Plan, Service, or Billing. Fool me once Your Fault, Fool me Twice My Fault. The definition of Insane is: Keep Doing the Same Thing and Expecting Different Results. I must be the MOST Insane person on the planet, because I Keep Doing the Same Thing: Believing What I am told by Verizon, and Expecting it to be True. If I ever find a company that has better coverage in rural places, Simply I am GONE !
Good Job BB thanks for an amazing device, Good Battery Life, Great display, Premium Build Quality. Top specs; top functionality; top security; superior to all smartphones on the market with No complaints!
Have to order the sim online, since there is no local retailer anywhere near Fort Wayne IN. Sim comes with universal kit. Customer service is quick and easy from Facebook chat with Rok. Rated a bit low because they won't come out and tell you that they use verizon towers or what their data speeds are throttled to from big red''s speeds. Service is great because they use Vzw towers. Data is very slow for LTE at 3mbps down and maybe 1mbps up. Great for Facebook n such but not good for HD videos. The music service works well and they have a lot of music that I thought for sure wouldn't be in their catalog. The music app interface is a joke but you can download all the music you want for free. Music playing will use some of yor data, which I don't like...but it's better than Pandora or any other "radio genre playing app" that you can't control.
LG listens to the people, They know how to give us what we want starting with the removable battery ✔ Expandable Storage ✔ Excellent Camera ✔ I bought my V10 5 day's ago and I am loving it more each day. I had the G4 but when I saw the V10 I bought it and it is a better phone in my opinion. I love taking pictures of my Grandchildren and it's very easy to get that perfect shot every time using the auto mode. They come out perfect every time. The battery life is good. I like to be able to go to the settings and stop app's that are running in the background to save on my battery life. Which helps a lot. Never has lagged on me. Very fast opening app's. I enjoy the Google Now on it because I enjoy reading about new technology. Better placement of the speaker it's now on the bottom of the phone. Great sound and volume. Very Sturdy with the Stainless Steel frame. I love holding it, it's got some heaf to it not like the G4. I've dropped it from about 3 feet on my hardwood floors and it didn't leave a mark and the screen didn't crack like some of the reviews I've read. Compared to the G for which is so Featherlite it doesn't even feel like you have have a phone in your hand. Whereas the v10 you know you have a sturdy phone the second you pick it up the feel is very sturdy very well made with a stainless steel sides to the rubber's like materials on the top and the bottom of the phone where it is great for protection if dropped it. Then back to the battery, just replace it with a fresh one when needed but if you don't have a extra the V10 charges very fast from 0 to 100 percent in 45 to 60 minutes depending on if you are saving picture's which takes longer. Great fingerprint scanner! Very fast Work's every time for me. Also I love that you can sit the lock screen to show you the weathe. If it's raining it looks so real the first time I saw Blew me away it looked like it was raining in my phone. LOL. I could go on and on about all the special thing's this phone does and I'm finding new stuff every day.
When I first saw this device I was not interested in it at all. It looked too much like the Apple stuff I never liked and I know HTC says thay did the Metal unibody first at least between the two but when Apple made this version of the design so popular no one really cares who made it first it's who they think made it better. Yes, Apple has some great ideas in making things better but it's never been my thing. I went in with a friend so they could pick up a new phone and they were pretty set on wanting the M8 and it was a great phone, it was the same one I had and I recommended it highly. Then we got to talking to the *cough*shark*cough* salesmen and more options were thrown in. We got to looking at the Note 5 but there were so many features that would never be used and the fact that there would be a learning curve with the UI that the money just wasn't justified. So we started looking at the HTC's again and saw that the A9 was out. Since we came from HTC (my friend still using the awesome Evo LTE, yes we are on Sprint, deal with it) it was a huge jump forward, the UI was comfortable. As we went through the A9 we saw that the UI wasn't layed on thick and we could still see some vanilla OS shine through not to mention that it was coming with Marshmallow, which was only available on the Nexus devices so far. We found out that it came with 32GB internal storage and still had the desired micro SD card slot wich was nice since the Note 5 didn't. It also sported a finger print sensor also, which was a nice addition to secutiry. The camera was an improved 13MP with OIS this round and had great features like RAW and fast capture times. As we were looking at this I stopped looking at it for it's originally copied design and started looking at it as a small super computer. As we were checking out my friend I desided that I didn't want to live with the cracked screen I've had for several months now and instead of replacing the phone through the warrenty I signed up for the A9 as well and have been happy with it ever since. After having it for some time now I still love it, it's fast and works really well for whatever I endup doing with it. The only issue I have is the battery life is not good. It's ok but being as thin as it is there didn't seem to be space for anything better. If I could improve this device only (I have houghts on what I want for the M10 or whatever it is, but for another time) I would want it to be thick enough that the camera didnt stick out so it would stay safer and use that added space to put a bigger battery in side. I know there is quick charge 2.0 which can be upgraded to 3.0 one day but what if I'm not near an out let. I have been carrying external battery packs (I still don't think a removable battery is a feature and shouldn't be counted against a device if it doesnt have it which Phonedog and other reviewers seem to do, but don't complain about it when they talk about Apple devices because it's never been a feature on them to experience [soap box rant complete]) for a while now so I’m fine but what about those that don’t. With all this said I'm happy with the device and am glad to have it as my daily driver, and if the M10 or whatever is something I really want I will upgrade the wife take the M10 and giver her the A9 (don't judge, as long as it works the way she wants it she doesn't care what device it is she uses, so there ;p).
The phone is absolutely gorgeous, as stated the back is a huge fingerprint magnet for sure. The screen is beautiful, with very vibrant colors (duh, AMOLED). People wanna bash onot the batterm because it's not removable and down on MaH from the Note 4, but it gets me through the day without an issue and I couldn't ask for more. The camera is what everyone says it is, the best on the market, it's amazing what it can do and the quality of pictures it takes. Now I will admit that I've been an AVID hater on TouchWiz, with bad past experiences (Note 3), but Samsung has done a great job with the newest iteration, and I have to say I'm very impressed. Overall this phone is a BEAST, anyone second guessing the purchase, just do yourself a favor and just give it a shot...you won't be disappointed.
Great screen and hardware. Wouldn't have minded if they bumped it to 5.2 8 or 5.9 inches. Will accept the smaller battery in exchange for rapid charging and wireless charging. Great, responsive camera. Nice upgrade from the 4 if you're ok with losing external memory... Samsung gives you free cloud storage.
This phone is wonderful and it shows by the fact this phone is number one people's choice. Even though people talk about the galaxy phone this one to meet is the best out right now.
Damn, I want the Note 5... even willing to pay full price. I just can't justify it... sure the phone is "slightly" faster.. and has 4 gigs of RAM.. and the S pen is a bit better, but with no SD slot and no removable battery I am finding it hard to justify the expense. The Note 4 phone was one terrific upgrade. Hell, I still haven't explored all the options available on the Note 4. Everything is exceptional including the camera... screens change very quickly.... and the S pen is a major upgrade from the Note 3. Help me someone, tell me your experience with the Note 5 and why I should upgrade.
This is the best company for long distance. I been with them for over 10 years, and have never had a problem with them. My mother is also with them. We have never had a problem. you also get a low bill. I have to call my son every day. and it is below $10.00 a month. You can't beat that.
Good feel in hand on first touch. But easy slipping away on real life with out good grip case. Looking so exclusive and elegant. Grossly glass body make it shinny and solid strong than plastics SAM on the past. Touch-Wiz is diet and slim flow on fast lane of Android. Thumb you up guy Note5.
Every time I get a new phone it seems it's the best one ever so no change with the Note 4. This time it may be for longer though. The display is fantastic, I married into Samsung Android some time ago and love it. The pen: how did I ever live without it. The size is perfect. Looking at the reviews of the 5 I think I may save myself some money and stay with the(current) best phone ever
