The good: everything
The bad: side buttons don't lock
Summary: This is a great phone. It is durable and strong.
It has survived falls and even a dip in the swimming pool. It just took a day to dry out and it still works as good as ever.It is a great size and it takes good pictures
The good: Nextel has powerful reception and very few dropped calls.
The bad: Their prices are too high even with the minimum minutes purchased.
Summary: When my contract is up I will be looking for a less expensive carrier.
The good: The pictures are great considering it's a phone! Long life battery is awesome. Easy to use commands and menu functions. Best of all CLEAR calls!
The bad: None
Summary: I was a little worried about this phone because it was the one that was "free" with my plan. But those fears were put to rest once I started using it. It holds it's own against the higher end phones. I would definitely pick this phone again.
The good: Very easy to understand how to use. Sound quality is great.
The bad: I have not found any cons. I am very satisfied with the phone.
Summary: The Nokia 6101/6102 can be answered by opening the phone which is a great feature, especially when driving. It has the capability of enlarging the text of the contact list so I am able to see the names without my glasses. This too is helpful when driving. It is small and fits nicely in the pocket of my slacks. I highly recommend this phone because it is so easy to use. Oh, and I love the camera!
The good: has a built in FM radio that works great; the radio cuts off when you have an incoming call
The bad: wish they would provide you with a heaset for the phone/radio
Summary: I am very impressed with this phone; the FM radio is great; the battery life is superb. The phone is easy to use and the style of the phone is pretty good.
The good: nice slim, easy accessable, good reseption
The bad: not many ring tones to choose from, volume not that loud
Summary: nice phone, very stylish, good reception, dont need to put antenna up, very low volume and not many good ringer tones to choose from, texting not easy to use on this phone though
The good: enough simple features, design is good, functions easy to figure out.
The bad: battery life not to good, won't make it through the wash cycle,no games on it at all.
Summary: I have had this phone for two years. It served it's pupose but in the last year it started searching for a signal. We had another phone also and it did not do this in the same area. All in all good for the price. Your battery probably won't last more then a year. I also never used a screen picture because that also killed the battery.
The good: light weight, great battery life
The bad: only built in antenna
Summary: I like my phone ok but the reception is not that good and I belive it to be because it does not have a antenna to pull up..my other phone does and it picks up much better...plus the text is a little slow.
The good: Good reception, good picture quality, great size
The bad: No speakerphone,
Summary: All in all a great phone for the money. Pictures look good on the web and print out well. Great sound quality, good choice of ringers, a little awkward for using im and net but functional just the same.
The good: Good size, look, and features
The bad: There is no speakerphone feature, and bad video.
Summary: This is a pretty nice phone. The reception i get with this phone is much better than a friend i have who has the same provider but a motorolla phone. It has very nice picture quality and the battery, while not the longest lasting,is pretty good for the size.
The good: Nice button layout. Great feel for one or two handed typing.
T9 pre text enabled. I love this feature. It makes it so much easier to type.
Sleek fold design with sturdy build.
The bad: Buttons themselves could be made of a sturdier material.
Kind of short battery life.
Summary: This phone is great. No real complaints here.
I text a lot and it works out great. Like i said before, the layout of the buttons makes it very easy to text one handed or two.
The good: Easy to navigate
The bad: There are no free game downloads-I was charged over $16.00 for "free trial offers".
Summary: The phone has great reception-including the speaker phone. The only drawback is that there are no more "free" anythings with cellphones including this model which offered "free" demo games
The good: Very good phone. Very easy to use. Have had absolutely no trouble with it since I have owned it. Recommend it to anyone who needs a low cost cell phone.
The bad: No cons.
Summary: This is a very good low cost cell phone. I recommend it to anyone who needs a cell phone. I have never had a moments trouble with it. Motorola makes very good cell phones.
The good: mp3 player, ok pictures (not as good as 1.3), video recorder is pretty good, rs-mmc slot, 3d games, nice ringtones.
The bad: heavy, big, mp3 player can't read directly off of the rs-mmc sometimes, no flash for camera, not speaker, discontinued early.
Summary: This phone is very versatile, having mp3, photo/video taking, gaming etc, capabilities. The phones weight and size might need some getting used to, compared to the phones which are out now. In both camera/video mode, there are many effects and options to choose to personalize the picture. The sound quality for playing mp3's are mediocre, but volume goes pretty high on speaker (only able during mp3 playback, video viewing not during calls). Battery life is less than 2 days if picture taking, video taking, gaming is also done, depends.
The good: The phone is a good size and doesn't weigh much, which makes it comfortable to carry around in your pocket. It's very easy to use and the battery lasts forever.
The bad: The one number per name limitation within the contacts function.
Summary: This phone is refreshing relief after years of phone companies trying to sell me a phone with gadgets I dont need! I've got a digital camera so dont need a camera phone and have an mp3 player so dont need one on my phone. This phone is the bomb for people who want a phone that works as a phone and nothing else.
The good: the graphics are really good for the caller IDs, and I enjoy the ringtone selection.
The bad: buttons are too small and there are not enough ringtones.
Summary: Overall, the KX1 SOHO is a good phone. Except for the small buttons, the features include customizable menus, caller ID graphics, and the ability to make phone numbers unavailable to other users of the phone.
The good: It has the video capability and the ringer is loud enough to hear even when it is not set on high
The bad: Only has availability for 9 speed dial numbers, and not 100% compatible with universal headsets
Summary: My husband picked this phone up for me and I love the look, the video is easy to use and I like having the option of using the speaker phone. Unfortunately it is not easy to use with the headset I prefer. The button on the cord does not work with this phone and doesn't allow you to use the headset button to answer calls, switch between calls, or end calls. It would be nice with a better selection of ringers and more speed dial numbers. My previous Sanyo held 300 and I do miss that feature as it was easier to remember a speed dial number than to go through the menu to find a contact.
The good: This phone has lasted me for 2 years so thats good. It has pretty good reception.
The bad: Broken antenna (got caught in my earring).
Summary: This phone has been a good phone overall. It has lasted long so I am not complaining.
The good: Size, screen brightness.
The bad: Feature set, menus, contact list.
Summary: I received the RAZR for free with a cell plan, and was almost immediately dissapointed. Where the size, shape, and aesthetics were impressive, some of the features were a bit lacking, for example, the contact list: You can only store one number per contact (or it just creates a seperate contact), and there is no ability to add addresses or other information.
The good: lots of minutes and good prices available
The bad: Has many deadzones, especially when traveling and inside buildings.
Summary: Although T-mobile has a good overall plan and with affordable prices, it does have its drawbacks. Need to be patient because of bad service with many deadzones when traveling and moving within office buildings especially with thick walls.
