The good: it's so great to hold. the touch screen is definetly the best out their.
The bad: nothing i know their going to change.
Summary: okay, first of all apple is fixing the picture messaging and video messaging anf forwarding on the iphone in june. they are also adding copy past and cut. now that might mean apple is also bringing out a new iphone.. i don't know. but for now when these features come to the iphone it's going to revolustionise the iphone. there are over 100 new updates to it, so if you ask me it's worth the money.
The good: Neat slider, easy to text, Good speaker quality for music playback
The bad: Adjusting ringer volumes is done separately, for messages you have to dive into a menu where it is buried.
Summary: Pretty solid phone. Holds up pretty well as I use it for over 1,000 text a month. Great call quality and mostly easy to use menus. A good phone if you're looking for a good starter. Expandable SD memory and Flash for camera are a plus!
The good: Great display. Easy to text. Keyboard is great! Slides easily.
The bad: The lock/unlock key is hard to press when you have nails. Not much battery life, I have to charge it every night...I use it through out the day for texting and few calls, no mp3 yet or pictures or video...so I might be charging it twice a day then, huh?
Summary: The most frustrating thing is the lock/unlock key with my nails...I cut them and it's better now. I'm dieing for some protection for the phone...glove or something.
The good: built in GPS, vcast TV, QUERTY keyboard, nice touch screen, very noticable vibrate mode, good color screen, good sound from speaker, flip cover doubles as touch screen when closed

The bad: could easily touch wrong keys in keyboard mode, Motorola belt clip scratches phone to death, belt clip forces user to holster phone backwards
Summary: This phone works well for most apllications although internet can be a chore(not Motorola's fault), firmware updates really helped functionality. The number pad doesn't talk anymore when dialing, keyboard works better, phone stopped shutting off when answering calls(happened a few times). Overall a good phone, just keep it updated.
The good: qwerty keyboard, easy to use
The bad: durability, poor camera
Summary: overall for 50 dollars under a 2 year contract this is a resonable phone to get. It has its pro's and cons though. I have had this phone for about a year now and it has broken about 4 times already. And it not like Dropped very high either. one time i dropped my lg rumor in the sink with no water in it and it just slid down it. As i pick it back up I notice my screen is completely white. So i recomend going out and buying a case which will cost you 20-30 dollars but it is worth in the long run so you dont have to go through all the hassle of getting your replacement lg rumor. On the upside though the rumor gives you a nice querty keyboard with chick lit style keys that are easy to use. And it is spaced out enough from the screen that your finger dont get jammed when you are trying to type letters on the top of the keyboard. Overall this is a good buy for $50 for a nice querty feature phone
The good: Never a billing issue, good network and good phones.
The bad: infrequent dropped calls.
Summary: By far biggest bang for the buck. I do think they need to removing texting fees, but still by far best value for money in Illinois and Wisconsin.
The good: I love this phone! It has very good response. You can adjust the sensitivity for the screen and calibrate it. Texting and typing is sooo fast. Really good conection. When my friends dont get service, i get it crystal clear. Sprint has the best and cheepest plans. I haven't had a single dropped call and i had this phone for about 7 months. It has several neat options that you can toggle on or off. This phone is very durable. It fell out of my poket millions of times and it doesn't have a scratch
The bad: The camera could have been a little better with maybe 3 instead of 2 mega pixels. It will rarely lag or freeze a little bit. Since it is a fairly new phone and design, some games or apps are not compatible but there is still a large selection.
Summary: Very fast and durable. A very customizable phone but they should make more accesories for it. Plans are the best and cheepest. Still pretty much the best phone out. It is very competitvely priced. Recomend this to almost anyone!
The good: thin, slim, easy to use, all the features a smartphone could possibly need.
The bad: because it is so skinny and slim, typing can sometimes be difficult.
Summary: I have had this phone for 5 months now and have had no problems with it. it is everything that anyone could possibly need. though it is pricy with a $400-$500 price tag, it is absolutly worth it and i highly recommend this phone.
The good: Best customer service; good prices; overall good service
The bad: Low reception in a few places
Summary: I have had T-Mobile for the past 3 years and have been out of contract for 2 years (they used to offer a 1-year contract). I have to say that I am overall pleased with their service, prices, and most of all, their customer service. Customer service is VERY important to me and TMO's customer service reps give good, knowledgeable answers in a kindly manner. It is obvious that they try very hard to make their customers happy.

In fact, I switched from AT&T, because of the total lack of customer service I was getting. Most upsetting, was AT&T's refusal to unlock my phone when I was taking a work transfer to Europe for a few months. This was despite the fact that I had been out of contract for two years and offered to keep my line active. They were misinformed, blatantly lied, and yelled at me. Their response was that their roaming and long distance prices were reasonable. Sorry, but I'm not willing to charge my company $3/minute for every call I make just because AT&T is too stupid and too greedy to unlock my phone. I considered getting them when I returned, but customer service in their stores is as bad as it is on the phone.

Before AT&T, I had Sprint. Their service was okay (admittedly, AT&T probably has the best coverage area of these three), but their customer service was also horrible. Quite honestly, they were really ghetto.

To summarize, T-Mobile offers the best customer service of the three carriers I have had. Their coverage area isn't as good as AT&T's, but is still good and meets my needs.
The good: internet capabilities, good picture quality, good look
The bad: froze within 24 hours of purchase, froze several more times, flashed lines every time I clicked a letter for texting, keys made unusual click noise (different from the one it's supposed to make), the light on the screen flickered withing the first 24 hours of purchase, extremely slow, I never dropped it or spilled it and it hasn't even been a full week yet, as of right now the camera will randomly come on and keep clicking pictures, go to the call screen and switch between the two
Summary: This is honestly the worst phone I have ever experienced. I did the buy one get one free blackberry with my sister and she had the same problems. We purchased the phones on Friday and it's only the following Monday and all of those problems have happened. I wanted it because of the internet...big mistake. It's not even damaged the least bit. I have never dropped it, spilled on it, sat on it, pressed the screen too hard, stored it in high heat or freezing cold, nothing. I even have a screen protector and a case over it. I think because it's a brand new model that the kinks need to be worked out over a long period of time. It's a good looking phone and it has a ton of capabilities but the functionality of it is not acceptable.
The good: great calling service. Pricing is a little higher than some of the other companies.
The bad: Charged for text messages even after blocking that feature!
Summary: Very dependable service across the country. I full-time in an RV and have service throughout most of my travels. I have traveled with many other people using other Cell companies, they end up having to use my phone to make calls, as their phones had no service. Prices are a little higher than some of the other companies but I feel they are worth it due to the reliable coverage I get.

I think the phone and services you use makes a huge difference in how well any cell service works. I use the Sony Ericsson W300i and have had no issues. I do not text or use the internet services.

I have thought about switching to Sprint, because of their $99.99 everything plan, but changed my mind after talking to current Sprint users. I did not hear any say they were happy with Sprint. 5 out of 5 bad reviews, tells me to stay with AT&T
The good: SurePress screen, I personally prefer this setup to just regular touch screens. Typing with either landscape QWERTY or SureType keyboard is very easy. Looks great, feels great, not too heavy not too light. Well put together. Great call quality, battery life is generally good. Media player works very well. Takes great pictures. Email and txt messages are very well organized in typical BB fashion. Its not an Iphone.
The bad: Fingerprints on screen, although thats more of a complaint with touchscreens in general then just the Storm. A few lags in the software, I mostly notice when viewing pictures. Personally I wish it still had the trackball even though its a touchscreen.
Summary: I absolutely love this device, and would recommend it to anyone who is seeking a high end touchscreen smartphone.
The good: I get to keep my old cell number.
The bad: But I have to purchase one of their phones.
Summary: My friend has boost mobile and tried her card in my phone and it worked great. I like my old phone
and I can't afford another phone! No boost mobile
phone, then no service.
The good: easy texting, good connections,
The bad: screen keeps going out, when on slient u text n erase a word it will delete your whole message.
Summary: This will be my third LG Scoop phone in the past eight months...i would not buy this phone again..the screen is the biggest problem..
The good: excellent in every aspect full color screen and just overall very good product by samsung
The bad: poor battery life untill i got the battery upgrade from nakedcellphone.com for 69.95 it made a huge differance
Summary: I've had my Delve for 1 month now and I absolutely love it it's the best cell i've had yet and i've had a cell now for 10yrs. I highly recommend it
The good: good touchscreen, multitab browsing, cool widget, great sound quality, company provides extra screen guard
The bad: bad camera image quality....slow browser
Summary: overall value for money if u r not running after a good camera phone
The good: The phone has many features which are eye catchers, but useful only when, rarely, there are no better alternatives. Navigation is the exception and is excellent. Nice selection of ringtones. Television is fine given current technology, but still not where is should be (it wouldn't be tolerated from a real television). Frequent automatic server backup of basic contact data. The phone has a "substantial" feel. Two batteries.
The bad: The phone is constantly updating something, which sounds good if you don't happen to need to, say, make a call when this happens. If one of the many features is being used and a phone call comes in, the phone, then, will completely lock up and the battery must be removed for the phone to again work properly (very frustrating, over and over). The display keyboard is difficult to use without tiny fingers or without a stylus...don't lose the ONE provided.
Summary: This phone is more gimmick than useful. Looks nicer than most and is poised against the Iphone and the Gphone; it pales except with the navigation feature which is very impressive. Email feature, too, is quite good, but the phone needs to be reset (remove battery; is this why we get two batteries?) occasionally when this feature, among others, stop updating. I think I can live with this phone, but I am not sure it would be my first choice now that I have used it for over 3 months. If I lost it, I would buy a different phone. I probably would not comfortably recommend this phone to a friend. For a two year contract I would tell the friend to either wait or keep looking at other phones.
The good: Landscape, Portrait Mode, TOuchWIz Interface,Louder Than the BlackberryStorm (which i previously owned) Easy TO text definitely better than an iPhone Very SLim and Easy To use , Optical Mouse
The bad: Finger Print Magnet (but use a screen protector clears that right up)
A little slow at times
Summary: I love this phone. Its very easy to use and communicate with others. Texting is a breeze compared to past Phones i have had. Would reccommend this phone to anyone who likes good texting loud clear easy phone
The good: Great messaging phone
-nice keyboard
-easy user interface
The bad: -bad battery life(can be fixed however)
-cant make pictures full size wallpaper
-battery icon isnt always true
Summary: Well, to start out with! with the other user reviews, they all said that the battery life is bad, that is very true, however if you call T-Mobile and tell them that your battery isnt lasting less then day they should send you a new battery! after that (maybe once or twice) the phone should hold a charge of at least 5-7 days! it really depends on how much good recption (Ex: all bars all the time=long battery life or always searching for a signal=3-4 days of battery life! Other then that there isnt real any major problem! This is a great gift for a teenager because they just live and love to text all the time!
The good: Price. No contract.
The bad: Phone Selection.
Summary: First off I don't understand why people complain so badly about this service. All phone companies are the same. What company lets you talk to someone on support quick? Not many. Now I have had it for 4 months now and NEVER had a problem. Get great service, the internet is a bit old fashioned but hey, its a basic phone, and it was only $20. The fact is, if you want a phone with unlimited everything then this is a great phone and an unbeatable price, and if you come to find out you don't like it, sell the phone, and don't get another month, your only out $50. But if your one of the MANY people like me, you will be very pleased.
